Welcome to this spacious 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom vacation home located in the secure gated Solterra Resort in Davenport, Florida. Offering 3,137 square feet of living space and accommodations for up to 14 guests, this well-appointed home is ideal for large families, multiple families traveling together, golf groups, sports families, business travelers and group vacations near Orlando.

The home has been thoughtfully designed and equipped with the familiar comforts guests expect while on vacation. The bedroom layout includes two upstairs king ensuite bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, three twin bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests of different ages.

Spend time together in the comfortable living areas, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relax outside beside the private screened pool and spa. The north-facing pool area includes a screened lanai, patio furniture and a spacious deck for enjoying the Florida weather. Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day plus tax.

Flat-screen cable TVs are provided in the living room and all bedrooms except the Princess Room. The home also includes a DVD player, Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, two parking spaces in the garage and other conveniences designed to make an extended family vacation comfortable.

Solterra Resort is located approximately 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
