Notes:
A signed Rental Agreement and a $300 Reservation Deposit is required to secure a booking.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed.
Pool heat is an additional $40 per night if you need(must order for your whole stay).
BBQ grill is an additional $60 to use for your stay,Guests are responsible to refill the propane if the tank is empty and clean the grill after use.
Our Rates was applicable for the 16 Guests. For the any additional guests there will be an extra fee per night of : $20.00
$150 for each pet for the stay
Cancellation policy:
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the home. It looked just like the pictures, down to the place settings on the table. The home was clean and had everything my family needed. The pool was clean and had great floaters that we were able to use. The maintenance guy came to check the pool to make sure the chemicals were balanced. The kids had fun at the club house which was a quick walk across the street. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the owner. A quality I certainly appreciated! Would definitely rent a home from him again.

This property was everything we were hoping for. It was very clean upon arrival and came with all the appliances and dishes that one would need when living in such a house. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and the yard was beautiful. The only complaint I would have is that someone dropped off a barbq and placed it in front of the hot tub. It was very dirty and full of food and mold. However, I am not even sure if it belonged to this house because it was not there when we arrived and the barbq that was there was spotless. I believe a neighbor may have put the dirty one inside by the pool when we were out. I would not hesitate to stay at or recommend this property to someone looking for a clean spacious comfortable place to stay while vacationing in Kissimmee.

This was the idea place for my family and I. It was hard to get inside the gate, However when I did it was well worth it. I would love to rent another one with more bedrooms. We had a blast. What a great investment. I am looking for more rooms next time. My family is constantly growing.
