Owner personally UPDATES and maintains property through the year!
Pool Heat is available for an additional fee during booking process or can be added before stay. ($30 a night plus tax)
A Gas BBQ Grill is available for guests to use, with a request for guests to clean it after use.

Alarm system and exterior surveillance for guest safety.
Reservation is not confirmed until guest signs rental agreement with all guests names added and returns photo ID of main guest.
Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to hold dates. Reservation will be cancelled if rental agreement is not signed within 48 hours of booking.
Policies:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Rental agreement must be signed upon booking - rental agreement establishes all terms and conditions for condo rental
- Photo ID required upon booking
- A Security Deposit in the amount of $500 will be collected by our system prior to your stay
- Party size maximum of 16 (including infants) - this is an insurance, tourist permit, and fire code restriction
- COMMUNITY QUIET HOURS 11pm - 7am (strictly enforced)
- No 3rd party bookings
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
- No events, parties, or large gatherings

About the owner: Thanks for visiting! We have been traveling the world together for almost 30 years! Coming to Disney started with Disneyland California when our oldest children were toddlers and we fell in love with the Disney Magic! As homeschoolers we sought to give our children a wide breadth of experiences in different cultures, climates and experiences, but we always come back to Disney as our happy place. During 2020 we decided to "double down" on our love for Disney and Orlando by purchasing a home that met our needs to share with others. We hope you and your family enjoy our Magical Memories Villas as much as we have!

We can't say enough great things about Megan and her hospitality. We had planned our trip for over a year and she took the time to answer my "many" questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The house was beautiful with lots of room for our large group. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and she was so quick to help with anything we needed..even answering questions that didn't pertain to the house itself. The house was clean, the pool was lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Megan and her husband are definitely fantastic hosts and made our first Florida vacation that much better and easier.

This Vacation was amazing from start to finish. From first contact with Megan 8 months before our vacation to our check out was seamless. She answered MANY questions i had and worked with me to have a special surprise for my parents on their arrival. Not to mention the vacation home. It was spectacular. Everything was named,very clean and had everything we needed and more. We would 100% recommend this vacation home, we already have family friends interested. Booked this beautiful home for a spring break trip with my extended family. The house was amazing! Everything you need is ready for use. The home was clean. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms meant each family had their own spaces, and even the teen had a place to hide when she wanted to! Close enough to the airport, theme parks, and beaches which meant tons of activities at your fingertips. The host was great to work with, responsive, and welcoming. 100% would recommend this property for anyone looking to get away! Thanks again for helping to make our trip fantastic!

The property was exactly as advertised on online and more than enough for our family of 10 - the rooms were perfect for the kids, they were blown away!Megan was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our stay and was happy to answer all of our questions in advance (we had some food allergies in the group, so local recommendations are always very important to us).We had a fantastic stay all in the all, would definitely book again.
