We are on the top floor, and you will hear no noise from above! There are two double beds in the Master Bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin.
Our outside balcony is a wonderful screened-in sitting area. Lots of convenient parking and an elevator will whisk you up to your comfortable vacation home.

We stayed at this gorgeous condo resort for a week with my family and had a most comfortable and peaceful stay. The bedrooms were perfect for our family and I loved the separate full master bedroom ensuite. The kids had their own bathroom. The furnishings are very comfortable and upscale! Let me tell you, after a day at Disney or Universal, you need a great place to return to in order to relax and recharge! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to minimize take out and save money. The hosts: Joanne and Paul were very organized, responsive and very easy to deal with. Their efforts ensured a trouble free stay! The amenities at Windsor Hills are fabulous! We loved the pool, outdoor hot tub, games room and surroundings. We felt very safe being in a gated and secured community. It is so wonderful there, I may be thinking of owning a property there myself. Again, thank you Joanne and Paul for the use of your condo, we really appreciated your hospitality and hope to see you again very soon! :)

Ron and Pat H.Clean,family friendly 4th floor condo with a beautiful pool and water park near Disney.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Windsor Hills off of Old Lake Wilson Road, in Kissimmee Florida. Close to Wal-Mart and many restaurants (Black Angus Steak House is a well keep secret but great place to eat). Great for long term rental (3 months) walking within the gated community is a great get away from the snow up north in the winter months. Other visitors tend to be very friendly. Security is a bit like entering Fort Knox but makes us feel safe. The balcony gets sun all day. Great for a relaxing cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Kitchen is adequately supplied for cooking in if you wish. Washer and dryer are a nice amenity. We are repeat renters and Joanne and Paul have been a pleasure to rent from, quick to respond if there is a problem. Try this unit we think you will love it as much as we do.
