Huge Orlando vacation rental home has 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Great for a large Family with up to 14 guests! There are two King Master Suites, one on each floor. The master bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. Bedroom 3 & 4 King beds and Bedroom 5 One Queen bed. Bedroom 6 and 7 have a set of Twin beds. Each bedroom will have a TV! The family room features leather sofas, a wide screen plasma TV, DVD player and a view of the pool area, perfect for relaxing when home from the Orlando, Florida attractions. There is additional sofa seating in the front living room for entertaining. There is plenty of seating for meals with the dining room, eat in kitchen and patio table and chairs. There is tile flooring throughout the common areas. The open, spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals at home. This home has a private, screened in pool and heated spa with a covered lanai to escape the sun’s rays and loungers for sunbathing. The game room features a Ping Pong table, Foosball Game table and TV. There are additional resort amenities that are included with your stay!!! Emerald Island Resort is 3 Miles from Walt Disney World. Just out the main gates of Emerald Islands to the New (Jimmy Buffett) MARGARITAVILLE
Located near our Disney properties are liquor stores and grocery stores such as Wal-Mart, Target and Publix. There are many shopping plazas close by with restaurants and of course all the Walt Disney World dining options here in Orlando, Florida. There are several golf courses within a few miles. Two Mini Golf courses, and shopping are nearby. There is also a hospital, drug stores and an urgent care clinic all within 5-10 minutes.
Old Town Kissimmee (features 8 restaurants, 75 shops and 18 amusement rides) is about 10 minutes. The Amway Center, Downtown Orlando and Church Street are approximately 30 minutes. If you like to shop…The Premium Outlets, Mall at Millennia and the Florida Mall are 20-25 minutes. The Orange County Convention Center, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Halloween Horror Nights, City Walk, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, International Drive and Volcano Bay are all about a 15-20 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is a 25 minute drive. Disney World parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, etc.), AMC movie theatres, Disney Springs and Cirque du Soleil Orlando are approximately a 5-15 minute drive away from our home rentals by Disney. Daytona Beach is a about a 60 minute drive. Busch Gardens is a 45 minute drive. Tampa Aquarium and Clearwater Beach are 1½ hour away.

About the owner: My Name is Marisela I purchased this property as getaway for my grand children not having the same opportunity. I reside in New York and go down as much as I can each time upgrading and making our guest feel like they are home.
Why this property? Why this property? We decided on Emerald Island mainly due to the impressive location and how close it is to all the Disney parks. The resort is rated as a top-notch location with lots more shops and restaurants opening on Rt 192. We continue to improved and upgrade things that we think would really be attractive & charming to our guests, making them feel right at home. After a long day at the parks, there is nothing better then relaxing in your own space, while the kids can play in the game room or pool while the adults can enjoy time in the heated spa. Emerald Island Resort has its own community pool, work out facilities & tiki bar. We want to make this the ideal experience for our guest and have them an mesmerize stay!
Guests will love the short drive to all the attractions, Shopping Malls, Restaurants!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do we gain entry to the home?
Entry is controlled by an electronic lock. About a week before your arrival, we will email you a code which will access the lock and provide entry. You may arrive any time after the standard check-in time.
Can we check-in early or late?
If there is no other guest departing on your arrival date, guests may be able to adjust their arrival time by paying the Day Rate which then allows them to arrive as early as 8:00 am. This feature allows us to reschedule preparation when needed to accommodate such early arrivals. Due to scheduling of our cleaning crews, we are unable to provide late check-outs. An extra day of rental can be arranged if there is not another guest arriving on your departure date. The Day Rate covers the entire period from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm as a single time period.
Can we park on the street because we have two or more cars?
Yes, parking on the street is permitted (including overnight). However, Emerald Islands has a monthly even and odd system which goes by the last number of property address (Since the property address is odd) Even months have to park across the street and odd months park on property side. Please do not block driveway or park on grass or any part of the sidewalk. We have Code Enforcement officers who aggressively write tickets when they find these discrepancies
Are service animals, comfort animals orpets allowed in this home?
This home is designated as a PET FREE home (including the game room area). Pets and animals are not allowed to be brought into this home to maintain a NO PET DANDER condition within the home to protect guests who suffer allergies to animal dander.

Three generations, 9 adults and 7 children enjoyed this amazing home. It was the first trip we have been able to all be together. None of us live close, so everyone got to spend lots of time together making cherished memories. Kevin and Marisela are wonderful hosts who make sure you have a comfortable time. Their home is equipped with everything you need, has lots of space for kids and adults, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. We were there over Christmas and New Years and we’re treated to fabulous fireworks while sitting in the pool and hot tub. The attractions are quite close, as well as shopping. The pool has 2 safety features so we didn’t have to worry too much. Thank you so much for sharing your hom with us!

We booked "Dreams Come True" in Kissimmee, FL for our first Disney Trip with the Grandkids and the house was simply perfect. The property is in a beautiful gated community with a nice community center. The house accommodated our 6 Adults; 2 Teens; and 4 Kids just fine with plenty of space. I really appreciated the excellent communications throughout the process.

Very lovely house, plenty of room for big family needs. Very close to Disney and stores. Was a lovely quiet time and the children all enjoyed the private pool. Barbecue grill came in very handy for our needs. All in all a great family vacation home. Had a couple mechanical issues, but that comes with any home and owner fixing right away. Definitely a great stay for the money. We loved it there and hated to come home...lol!

This lovely, spacious house is perfect for a family stay and is set in beautiful well maintained grounds. The pool and jacuzzi are great to come back to after a day at the parks or the malls - which are all very close by. This place is every thing you need and want, feel like you are at home. The property was very cleaned and fully equipped. Plenty of space and very comfortable. There is so much to do, with many great restaurants near by. not to mention how closed Disney is. My next vacation will be here.
