Our Home Features are
4 bedrooms consisting of 1 Master suit with en-suite bathroom located on the main level.
1 Queen and 2 twin rooms,1 twin room is themed Winnie the Poo,on the upper level, these bedrooms share the upper bathroom all bedrooms are equipped with TV and DVD player. There is a further half bathroom on the main level.
FAMILY ROOM
This large room with cathedral ceilings has superb views over the pool area and lake.
The furniture consists of 2 extremely comfortable Lazy Boy Recliners and a very comfortable three seater Reclining Queen Sofa .
TV is a large 50 inch LCD with DVD/CD player with local channels and roku .
KITCHEN
Is fully equipped including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and a fridge-freezer with drinks dispenser and ice maker
All crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pans glasses and a complete set of plastic ware for dinning on the pool deck. Everything you could possibly need from a quick snack to gourmet dining

Table and 4 chairs along with 2 Breakfast Bar Stools, the perfect place to have breakfast while looking out over the lake.

Area Information

This beautiful Villa offers Executive living at affordable prices located at the prestigious Oak Island Harbor a sub division of Formosa Gardens.
Oak Island Harbor is the closest sub diversion to Disney just 2 miles from the entrance, yet within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops and the new Margaritaville resost.
Our fully equipped and Air Conditioned Villa occupies a premium lot overlooking a lake attracting Cranes, Herons and other wildlife. Fishing is allowed on the lake please feel free to use the fishing tackle in the villa.
Location is very important, as the Parks are often open for 15 hours a day, probably too long for young children. Our close proximity to the parks allows guests to return to the villa for an afternoon siesta before returning in the evening for the fireworks and parades. Not to mention the shortcut into the parks without using the main highways which can get congested during peak season.
Staying at a location such as ours cuts down the time you spend in your car and gives you more time chilling out with the mouse! You can also come back at lunch for a rest and a swim in the pool -and return in time re-charged for the evening.
