This luxury 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath condo, located within the 'Terra Esmeralda' resort in Kissimmee, Florida, sleeps up to eight and is located 15 minutes from the maingate of Disney World/ Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. There is the Islands of Adventure with, Velociraptor, Jurasic Park thrill ride and the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Hagrids Rollercoaster, King Kong, City Walk, Valcano Bay, and SeaWorld are just a short drive away. In addition, the new Universal park....EPIC UNIVERSE has officially opened to the public. The many coastal beaches and Kennedy Space Center is approx. a short 55 minute drive. Very nice quiet area. The location was very near to all of the attractions (Disney, Old Town, universal and the World food truck etc)The villa was beautiful clean and well kept.Mr Barry was very pleasant and I appreciate his assistance when it came to my package. He responds very quickly and is always available for any questions or concerns.The neighborhood was very family friendly.I will most definitely be renting this villa on my next visit to Orlando

We are a retired couple who stayed for 3 months from Jan to March. Beautiful Condo, exactly as pictured. Furniture is very comfy. Close to all attractions. We felt very safe. Publix and Walmart are a short drive. Pool is not heated so Jan, Feb it’s kind of cold. This was a great place for the price but not very resort like. No camaraderie at the Pool. Pool area is small with only 8 lounge chairs. Jan, Feb, no one is at the pool but March gets extremely busy. Although we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend, if you’re here just visiting the parks for a short period of time, it’s the perfect spot.
