My overall favorite, always a crowd pleaser when family visits can be found very close by at Disney's Animal Kingdom lodge.
The resteraunt is called BOMA. An african themed all you can eat buffet with carvery station - the food is superb and you can wander the grounds before or after lunch to spot girafffes flamingos and other wildlife native to Africa.

If you are visiting Disney, I have a great TRAVEL TIP for you to get onto DISNEY PROPERTY quickly, avoiding main roads and traffic!
Head left out of the neighborhood on FORMOSA GDNS BLVD to HWY 192 turn RIGHT. Look for SHERBETH ROAD on your LEFT filter left at traffic light just past McD's. Turn left onto SHERBETH Road and, (spot the weird green tree in the distance? The Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom), follow the road until you reach a traffic light. Animal Kingdom Lodge (great brunch spot at Boma) is on your left, TURN RIGHT onto Osceola PKWY ...YOU ARE ON DISNEY PROPERTY!! Follow Disney signs to the theme park of your choice. Have fun!
