Located on the peaceful Indian Creek community, our holiday home is comfortably furnished throughout, only 3 miles away from Disney and 1 mile from the Formosa Gardens shopping centre with its many restaurants. Nearby Margaritaville has recently opened and offers a comprehensive water park, shopping, spa, restaurants, etc.
We have a carpeted, fully equipped games room which includes pool table, air-hockey table, table football, TV and sofa.

For shopping visit:- Nearby Publix , Walmart and the many outlet malls.
One of our favourites is the town of Celebration - just a couple of miles away. Celebration was designed by the Walt Disney Company and is influenced by historical American cities. The architecture is traditional and there are some pretty lakes. The restaurants here are good, catering for simple family meals to special occasions. There's some delightful walks and cycleways - if you're lucky you'll probably see an alligator or two!
Nearby Margaritaville is amazing fun - waterpark, themed restaurants, shows and events - worth a visit.
If you like your sport, visit Tampa and watch Tampa Bay Lightening, the 3 times winners of ice hockey's prestigious Stanley Cup. Tampa is a vibrant beautiful city but the adjoining old town of Ybor City is a fantastic place to visit too, with so much history.
Orlando is another exciting city and home of Orlando Magic basketball.
The golf in Florida is very good with some pro-designed courses available to the public

About the owner: We live in UK and have been visiting the US for many years. The family love visiting the villa and we come over every year.
Apart from all the fantastic reasons people come to this part of the US, there are lots of hidden gems to enjoy, for instance canoeing at a state park, driving a bit further afield and visiting the oldest town in America, St. Augustine, or finding out how the cigar industry shaped Ybor city - a historic neighbourhood near downtown Tampa. It's also possible to swim next to manatees at Blue Spring State Park.
Why this property? We are very proud of our lovely villa in Indian Creek and have owned it since it was built, over 20 years ago. Being a slightly older property means we have a larger than average plot with good-sized rooms and a private, recently re-surfaced pool, a fully-fenced garden and the satisfaction of living in an established community - which is a mixture privately owned homes and holiday homes.
We are continually updating and improving the experience of staying here and consider it a home from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location is excellent, it is close to all the parks and attractions, with Disney being just a few minutes away. There are restaurants, cafe's and shops all close by.The villa itself has excellent amenities with a beautiful pool, sunbathing and outside dining area. Also spacious open plan kitchen, inside dining and lounge area. The bedrooms are all of a good size with an ensuite or bathroom right next to it.Perfect for a family or group holiday. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back in the near future!Thank you
