This four bedroom house with two bathrooms is newly renovated and newly furnished to the highest possible standards. It has its own private screened in pool, overlooking a tranquil lake. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the Lake House at Sunset Lakes is ideal for discriminating families of all ages to share. The top of the line kitchen with quartz counter-tops overlooks the dining area. It is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice-making refrigerator –everything you need for easy dining at home. The spacious games room with its billiards table and dart board provides amusement for all ages. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. The living room features a 55 inch screen with Netflix. The Lake House at Sunset Lakes also offers a selection of books, board games and DVD’s. Around the pool is an array of comfortable chairs and loungers, and a propane BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. The sliding doors to the lanai and pool are equipped with locks and door alarms for added safety.

Security and Seclusion: The Lake House at Sunset Lakes is located in the prestigious gated community Sunset Lakes in Kissimmee. Sunset Lakes features an electronic key code access and surveillance system. Your access to the Lake House is also controlled by your unique electronic access code which is valid for the duration of your stay. Sliding doors in the living room, master bedroom and dining area overlook the private pool; these are all secured by modern easy to use safety locks and alarms for added child safety.. The sliding doors to the pool face south towards the lake so there are no neighbors to disturb your enjoyment of the tranquility.
Convenience and Worry Free: The Lake House at Sunset Lakes is a convenient drive from Orlando International Airport and only a few miles to the main gates of Disney World. World class golf courses abound with many courses within 5 to 10 minutes drive of the Lake House. For the baseball enthusiast, there is spring training nearby at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. Sea World and Universal Studios are only short drives away. There is ample shopping in the immediate vicinity: grocery stores, department stores, restaurants, big box stores. Arriving at the Orlando airport after your long wearying flight, navigating your way to a villa can be a daunting adventure. Many of our guests take advantage of a local service where a chauffeur will pick you up at the airport, stop for essential groceries on the way to the House and then the next morning arrange your pick up of a rental vehicle. Despite this the Lake House is less than 5 minutes from major restaurants and shopping centers.
