About the owner: Justin and Jenni's love story is truly one for the ages, a tale of serendipity and destiny weaving its magic threads. In 2005, the universe conspired to bring together two souls from different corners of the country, setting the stage for a fateful encounter that would change their lives forever.
Justin, hailing from the bustling city of Rochester, NY, found himself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of Orlando, Florida, pursuing his college education. Meanwhile, Jenni was navigating life as a student in the quiet charm of a small town in Southern Ohio.
Their paths crossed in a twist of fate one October weekend, when Jenni made a spontaneous decision to fly down to Jacksonville, FL, to lend a helping hand to her sister and niece, who were in the midst of a move prompted by her brother-in-law's Navy assignment.
Coincidentally, Justin had also chosen that very same weekend to visit his high school friend in Jacksonville. But fate had a different plan in mind. Their worlds collided when Jenni's sister accidentally merged into Justin's lane, resulting in a minor accident that led them to pull over into the nearest plaza, awaiting the arrival of the authorities.
As they waited, their chance encounter blossomed into something more profound. Justin and Jenni found themselves drawn to each other, sharing stories and conversation for what felt like mere moments, yet in reality, it was an hour that changed the course of their lives forever.
Today, their love story has evolved into a beautiful tapestry of family life, filled with the laughter and joy of two beautiful boys, three lively chihuahuas, and a charming calico cat. Justin and Jenni's love continues to flourish, a testament to the power of fate and the beauty of love's enduring journey.

Marie J.Vacation retreat/$15 Uber to Disney/ HGTV looking retreat
We are completing our stay in the morning at this beautiful vacation retreat! We brought the family all seven of us ranging from age in two years old to 60 years old. The pool and patio is incredibly maintained, the playground is a two minute walk, the openness of the kitchen and the great room provides much family interaction, the patio has cozy seating areas and a fan, the pool is completely screened, and the three bedrooms are lovely! They thought of every detail even items for small children as well as adults, and the mattresses are super comfy! The only reason I mentioned Uber is because our minivan rental had a dead battery today, and upon calling an Uber to arrive promptly, the cost was $14 to get five in our group to Disney World. I wish I had booked next week as well since grandpa and I can use a full week to relax by the pool with our margarita mix we purchased at the Walmart located less than 10 minutes from this home. We have several friends that live within two hours of this home and we will be back to enjoy once again!

Let's start with the location, this property is 7 miles from Disney World and nestled in a gorgeous gated community. The house was immaculately clean and had everything a family would need during their stay. The pool was nice and clean and equipped with toys for the kiddos which was lovely. We were able to grill out and have a fabulous stress free experience. Grocery stores and gift shops were all around the surrounding area along with multiple other attractions and activities. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely book in the future.

Our stay at the villa Yelleville on Sunset was perfect in every way. The house is very clean and fully equipped. The beds sleep great, not unimportant after a busy day at Disney. The house is well located to the Disney parks and a lot of shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. The owner responds quickly and skillfully to all questions, which contributes to a carefree vacation. We highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Orlando.

I would definitely recommend the house and the host. The house is beautiful with close by attractions. The host provides necessary amenities like towels hair dryer soap shampoo, blankets, linens; dishwasher is available. You don’t have to worry about anything just enjoy your vacation. We would definitely stay at Yelleville again. The house was cozy yet spacious enough for our family of 5, very clean and smelled new and fresh. You could tell it was newly remodeled with modern furnishings & decor. The pool area was our favorite part of the house. The patio is huge, with four separate sitting areas (with nice outdoor furniture), a gas grill, beautiful string lights for nighttime, and a privacy hedge in the back. I do wish there was a privacy hedge or short fence between the neighbors’ pools and ours, but the people vacationing around our place were friendly so it was fine. Big TVs in master, living, and guest room but not in kids’ room. We also loved the view of our pool area from the huge glass wall. Plenty of towels, complimentary washer tabs, dishwasher tabs, toys, books, hair dryer and curling iron, cute little folded towels were very nice touches to an already fabulous stay.

Much needed escape from dreary Ohio weather. We made almost every meal at the residence and enjoyed the comfortable setup for mornings together watching the news and evening playing cards. Conveniently located to everything we needed and the heated pool never had us yearning to travel to the beach for swimming. From the moment you walk through the door you feel like you are on vacation and at home at the same time. We appreciated the attention to detail the host put into the home that made your stay feel as comfortable as possible. Amenities included a first aid kit, kids games, pool towels, kids eating utensils, over the bed reading lights, nightstand built in charging ports, laundry baskets in each room, and provided laundry supplies. We loved every "extra" included in our stay. While we didn't have children with us this trip we quickly realized this is the perfect place to have a family or a group of 4, 5, 6 or even 10 wanting to relax by the pool after a day at nearby Disney or just a quick getaway. Even the adults in our group enjoyed being a "kid again" sleeping in the bunk room. One of our favorite features was bathroom access from the pool which is great for kids or adults. The location was close a ton of cool restaurants and activities for all ages. The gated community was beautiful and perfect for an early morning or late night stroll. The host was responsive to any an all questions and took care of our needs from start to finish. We are already planning our next couple of trips with and without kids! Thanks Yelleville!
