Excellent villa

We have been so pleased with this villa. Very clean, has everything we need and more. Very close to Disney and easy to get to Univerdal Studios and SeaWorld as well as easy commute from the airport. Would recommend this to anyone.

Great Experience. Great Location

Love the location for this house. Only a few miles (on back roads) from the Disney parks, so we go in the morning and return to the house for lunch and a swim then return to the parks in the evening. Only 1 mile from Walmart. Very quiet neighborhood. Kim was very quick to respond to any email i sent. Will definitely be back next time we come down!

Awesome place to stay!

We are currently on vacation at this home. We have rented this many times through the years. Kim the owner will do anything to ensure you have the best vacation. House is clean, the pool is beautiful and the AC is great. House has all you need to cook and eat here. So happy to be enjoying this home again!! Great Vacation!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to come back mid day for a swim and dinner when we went to Hollywood Studio's- Park was only 15 mins away. The home owner Kim is very quick to answer any questions. Would stay again!!

Close to Disney and Sea World!

We stayed here for 6 nights. The pool was nice with the heat on. It was in the upper 80’s while we were there. I love the floor plan with the cathedral ceiling. We were only a few minutes from the theme parks and restaurants. Kim is very sweet and easy to work with.

Affordable Villa

The stay was nice the house was clean need just a little updating. The garage with the game table needs a portable A/C it was very hot and unable to stay and play games. The trash can on the outside of the garage need to be relocated it had several flies and stunk for days. 30 minutes to Disney and Seaworld. 5 minutes to the Walmart and the main street from many restaurants. Overall, the stay was nice and comfortable will stay again. The owner was very nice and easy to contact and communicate with.

Fantastic vacation home

This home is beautiful and in a wonderful community in Kissimmee. Kim (the homeowner) made everything very easy, booking and paying was a breeze with absolutely no stress!! The home was spotless when we arrived. The pool area with its table/chairs and loungers were perfect for hot, sunny days and the games room and comfy couches in the family room for lazy evenings made for a perfect vacation. Will definitely return!!

Sunny Florida trip

We had a great time. Our stay at the villa was nice, the pictures were the same in person. Kim was very easy to work with. Villa was clean. we looked forward to the hot tub after golf. Our trip was for golf - we played 7 different courses. Never drove more than 30/40 minutes to the courses. Southern Dunes and Grand Cypress was my favorites. Location was good - close to many restaurant and attractions. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfection vacation getaway

I rented this house for my 1 week vacation to Disney and Universal Studios and was truly impressed by all it offered. To start the location was perfect, as it was close to both theme parks (being minutes away), yet provided a more serene/peaceful environment as opposed to being in the middle of the commercial area. The supermarkets and grocery stores were very accessible making it even better. My appreciation for the house came upon seeing the amenities, my favorite being the pool and the game room. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were an added bonus for when we returned tired from a day of walking through the parks. My entire family particularly enjoyed the game room, which offered a pool table and air hockey table. It was the perfect setting to get everyone together.The set up and the decor of the entire house was beautiful, but most note-worthy was its cleanliness. It provided a warm and welcoming environment for my family and I. I would recommend this house to anyone. I look forward to renting it again on my next trip to Disney.

Comfortable, convenient and great communications!

We've been renting vacation homes in Florida every few years since 2003 and this one really rose to the top. Off the bat, Kim did an outstanding job with communications before and during our stay. Secondly, the location of this house is superb. We were parking our van in the Animal Kingdom lot 11 minutes after leaving the house and within 16 minutes for each of the other WDW parks. We also had easy access to I-4. Finally, the house was so comfortable. The house was not so splashy and modern that I was constantly worried my 6 year old would upset the decor. In fact it was extremely clean and made my family feel at home. We all slept well and had no problems getting ready in the morning with three full baths. I will absolutely contact Kim for future trips to see if her home is available.

Great home..Buena casa

This is a great spacious house to enjoy with your family. It is close to everything. House was very cleaned and kept for. We will be back to this house. Owners are very friendly and respectable. Muy buena casa y muy amplia. La casa esta cercas a todo en el pueblo. Esta muy limpia y cuidada tiene todo adentro. Los dueños son muy buenos y respetables. Clean tidy and very close to all attractions

Lovely vacation place
