Beautifully done house and excellent property owner communication. Everything was as pictured and well set up. A small issue with the dishwasher was taken care of immediately with great communication from the property owner who made sure we were taken care of and happy with the property. This property was WONDERFUL! There were more than enough rooms for the 9 of us that were staying. The kitchen was huge and spacious. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. The kids had plenty of spaces to get away from the grown ups on our off days and were easily kept entertained with that amazing game room! We did enjoy the heated pool/ hot tub on our last day. It was wonderful and well kept. I don’t have any negative comments about this place. It was truly wonderful.

The place was perfect for our family thanksgiving trip, especially with little kids. Jeanne was helpful with recommendations and flexible with asks and had things ready to go. Close to Disney which made getting to parks and Disney springs easy and convenient. She also was great with the kids - the pool has several safety features that helped keep us all safe. Would definitely recommend for a large family.

"The property is exactly like listed. We reuinted with family from over seas and it was perfect. Every member of the family enjoyed the house and accommodations. Highly recommend!
The hosts were very responsive to questions and extremely thoughtful sending battery powered lights incase we lost power due to the hurricane.
We never needed them, but it was so thoughtful of them to make sure we had them if needed!"

The house was very clean and updated, and very relaxing. It had everything you needed including beach towels to use at the pool. The owners were very helpful in every way wit any questions i had. They responded right away with a text .This was the perfect place to stay while visiting the parks.

This house was very clean and had all the amenities you could need - plenty of plate, utensils, towels, etc. The game room was a lot of fun to unwind after a long day at the parks. The back pool area was great as well with plenty of seating and a TV. We found this home to be in a quieter section of the resort. Overall, highly recommend this house!

"We have stayed at many VRBO locations in the past and this has been by far the best one we have stayed at. Not only did the pictures give an accurate image of the house there were many things that exceeded our expectations.
The seating space outdoor was by far superior to any of the houses surrounding us. Our group was able to sit comfortably to lounge, read, enjoy the sun, eat meals and watch kids in the pool. The sun is in the pool in the am which was excellent for our schedules. We also enjoyed the seating and pool space into the evening while kids slept.
The kitchen had enough supplies for our party of 11 to eat at the same time without having to do dishes all the time before the next meal.
The rooms were spacious, clean and very spacious.
The color themes and decorations were planned out with thought, there was not a detail missed.
The kids enjoyed the game room and movie space to 'be alone after a long day out on adventures.
The location allowed us to see the ocean, airboat tours, Disney, ocean fishing and Lake Apopka Wold Life Drive. (Lake Apopka is F-S, we made it there twice)
The entire house was spotless. Having the ability to do laundry before heading home was a bonus. The owner was available as needed and responsive.
We will book again and recommend this place to our family and friends.

*bring or buy laundry pods and extra garbage bags.
*pool floaties were easy to find at all the local stores
*traffic is no joke and the grocery stores are always busy in FL ;-)
*check red tide warnings before you venture to the golf

"This place was simply fabulous.
The attention to detail was first class all the way. The Disney theme rooms and artwork were very tasteful and not overdone. The pool and patio were ideal and my kids and grandkids spent most of their free time there if not watching movies or playing in the games room. There was a brief power failure one day and the pool/spa heater went off. Jeanne fixed this faster than we even recognized what had happened . All the appliances, furniture, and utensils were first rate. The two washer/dryers came in handy for 9 of us. It is a tossup whether we enjoyed our days at the parks or the house more. Jeanne and Dave were awesome hosts and checked to make sure we were happy the whole time. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. My 9 year old grandson gave it 100 out of 10!"

"We had a wonderful time at Disney and this house was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. There was six adults and five children, ages ranging from 3 to 12. They had a blast playing in the game room and swimming in the heated pool. The house is located only 15 minutes from the park and parking was really easy.
You will love this house. I highly recommend it for your family vacation."

The pictures are spot on for this home! The owners were the best we have ever rented from! We loved the home from the moment we arrived. The grandkids said this was the best house ever! The beds were comfortable and the home was so close to the the parks and shopping. It is well worth the amount to stay here! I will definitely stay here again next time! We had enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags to get us started until we could get to the store to buy our supplies. We hated to leave. You will NOT be disappointed with renting this home! We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 11 to 3.

The pictures on the website are spot on! This place was amazing. We stayed for Thanksgiving with 8 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of space for everyone. House was very clean and nicely stocked. Communication with the owners was great! I would recommend this house to anyone. Sure is nice to have zero worries when booking.

This house is everything it says and more! From the decor, to the extra little touches you won’t find in other homes, to the game room, and 2 washers/dryers. The whole family loved this house! It is definitely a must stay! The hosts responded to my questions promptly and made sure everything was just as it should be.

Great visit at this property. Description and photos online are very accurate. Owner was prompt and helpful with info regarding check in and house instructions. Pool was really enjoyed by kids after long hot days at parks. Everything about the home was first class. Excellent location if you’re planning to take the family (or multiple families) to disneyworld. Plenty of space, we had 6 adults and 6 kids and still had an extra room. Everything was clean when we arrived the pool and garbage is frequently maintained by staff. The pool and game room in the garage were perfect for keeping the kids busy on our days off from disneyworld. Close to Target/Walmart or a pretty much anything you need is 5-10 minute drive away. Highly recommend and would rent again.

This property is outfitted as if the owners were living there, not as if it was for renters. That says a LOT! The decorations, towels, games, chairs, lounges, TVs, everything was superb. We never found a thing that didn't work - TRY THAT AT ANY OTHER RENTAL. The alarm on the sliding door to the pool was a pain for a day or so but made PERFECT sense with you have children that can not swim. We spent 3 days at amusement parks and 3 days at the pool house and the days at the pool house were probably the better days.

"We took a very last minute trip to Orlando with our 4 teenagers (ages 14-19) because we had some airline credits about to expire. We just wanted to be somewhere warm and fun! This house did not disappoint!!

First of all, check in was super simple and easy, even though we needed a little help (cell service is not great in the neighborhood) we got in the house quickly thanks to the hosts prompt replies! Neighborhood is gated and quiet - loved that.

The house was so spacious and we loved the decor! We are not “Disney people” but it was so cute and well thought out! I appreciated the thought that went into making sure we were taken care of. The hosts provided toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dryer sheets, coffee, tea - really everything you could need! We did not have to purchase any of these things, they lasted the 5 days we were there. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, serve, etc - we made breakfast each morning and LOVED the Mickey waffle maker!

Beds were all comfy and tvs in all rooms. This house can really accommodate a lot of people - we could have had another family with us and still stayed comfortably! Plenty of seating for dining.
Loved that there were TWO washers and TWO dryers! Game room was so cool! Bath and pool towels were provided. TVs were all updated smart tvs and loaded with streaming apps.

But let’s get to the best part! THE POOL! We spent the majority of our time outside and could not have been happier! Plenty of seating to lay out and sunbathe, sit in the shade and read or even dine outside. There was also a tv outside, which we loved! Pool is heated and hot tub was great! We had the best time!

I cannot recommend this house enough! If we ever go back to Orlando - I cannot imagine a better place to stay! Hosts were prompt and more than accommodating!"
