Nice 7 BR/5 BA Luxury Villa with POOL/SPA,Wi-Fi,LCD TVs, BBQ,3 miles to Disney

House NOT a Luxury House

Definitely DO NOT book this house. It is nothing like what is presented. We paid for pool heat - and it did not work for the 3 weeks we were there - and have had no refund. Hosts: You receive a note with your door code to not contact them. They won't return emails or phone calls. The lanai screens had holes. The pool furniture was broken. The screen doors off the kitchen & Living room do not work. Most of the furniture is broken or in disrepair/dirty/stained. The carpets throughout are filthy and stained (Puke!). No bar-b-q but finally got a rusty one delivered. The kitchen supplies are horrible. Rusted. Stained. Only 7 forks in the kitchen for a 7 bedroom??? Like what was written previously, needs a TOTAL overhaul. Paint splotchy & dirty. It does not have a jacuzzi - it is a spa that doesn't work. Microwave was broken when we arrived, but was eventually replaced. Refrigerator bins broken. No dining for 12-14. TVs missing in Bedrooms. Remotes missing for TV. Windows were falling apart and had black mold. I am disgusted to have been charged for this house - and no recourse with the HOSTS to refund what I was charged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL AND THESE HOSTS! PS - I have rented several houses through this site and I have never had to write a negative review - but this one was totally disgusting - starting with the dirty outside. We were asked 'We wondered who rented the FRAT HOUSE'. Says it all.

Peaceful, quiet secured property

Villa 2662 Emerald Island Blvd. large home with seven bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Game room with a pool table was a hit for my family. Gated, clean and safe. Kitchen equipped with all appliances, pots, pans , dishes etc. Various restaurants less than five minutes away. Great shopping malls nearby, close to Disney world and all the other theme parks in the area.I will be sure to recommend 2662 to my friends and familes.Thanh you Ann

Would book again

Loved the location. Ann was lovely. Only complaint was the the tiny grill. We had 14 family members and it took a very long time to prepare meals because the grill was so small. I didn’t know each car had to get a key card to enter the community which was $20 each. We had 4 cars. Overall we had an amazing vacation

Xmas in villa

Most importantly for me this villa was spotless! We picked the villa for the location as we have stayed in this area for the last 5 years. Over the last 30 years we have stayed in lots of different areas but definitely prefer this one. Having watched Margaritaville being constructed before Covid, this was out first time back to see it constructed. Sunset walk was out favourite place to go for dinner. Tried a lot and didn’t have a bad meal in any of them! For something different if you like Cuban cuisine with live entertainment try Estefan’s. The only negatives about the villa was it having only 2 sun loungers. The rest of our family had to use chairs or the inflatable beds that we eventually bought.

House rental

Once again very pleased with Ann service this is my third years renting from her for our family vacation and can’t complain the house was awesome very spacious for all my family close by to a lot of restaurants n store. Just make sure when u go in thur the gates have the guard sign u in if not they will stop u every time u go in .

Ann and Gary or the owners of 2662 emerald island Blvd are the worst. It started when we were under the impression that we were booking one house. Then when the week comes we get an address of a different house. She lied and said this house was better than the other house. We checked in and it was food in the closets and on the floor. The Master bedroom on the first floor had the box spring and mattress on the FLOOR! With the bed frame on the outside of it. That’s ridiculous! There were stains on the carpet in multiple rooms. The pool sticks in the “game room” were broken so we couldn’t play pool. Honestly i feel like we paid way to much to stay in a house that wasn’t what it was advertised. Then the responses we got from Ann when we were talking about the rental before we got there were making it seem like she was just giving us whatever she wanted. Now i see why she wanted to give us that house so bad because if she woulda been honest or had up to date pictures nobody in their right mind would stay there. Also we still haven’t received our deposit back and she said it would be given back a week after our check out.

First Time Renter

This was our first time renting a home and not a hotel. We absolutely loved the home. The owner was amazing to work with. She was very attentive and responded very quickly. The location was right where we wanted to be and beautiful as well. We will be renting again, hopefully in the near future.

Great place for a family gathering!

This home is a great place to stay for your Disney vacation! The house is clean and inviting. It housed our whole family and there was plenty of space to gather, cook, eat and sleep. The pool was a lot of fun in the evenings. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. It was only a short drive to Disney and was a wonderful place to relax and unwind after busy days at the park! Nice location in a beautiful resort gated community.

Had a wonderful vacation. Rented for almost a full month and house was perfect for our needs. Close to everything we wanted to do.Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the kidsWould rent this location again.

Family Vacation

I must say this was a very nice house. It was very clean and easy to access. The owners Amy and Gary are very nice and they even remembered that we had rented from them a couple of years ago. The house is located in a great area and very convenient to all activities and restaurants. We will gladly rent from them again. Thanks for allowing our family vacation to be very successful.

Family getaway

This property has a great location close to Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. The home is very spacious plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and seating for dinning. Very pleasant and timely communication with homeowners(in my opinion one of the most important reasons to rent a property) ,we would stay at this home again.
