Welcome to Escape by KLMJ Sunshine! This is a completely renovated 3-bedroom condo in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from Disney. Enjoy the massive heated pool, brand new water park, large playground, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, arcade, movie theatre, fitness center, and restaurant.
Minutes away from restaurants, entertainment, retail, groceries, Costco, hospital, and everything you could ever need.

***Please note that the Windsor Hills Resort main pool will be undergoing resurfacing from Sep 5 - Oct 5, 2024. During this time the water park will be open and the intent is to keep the hot tub and lounge areas open.***
Your home away from home is totally renovated: Granite in the kitchen & baths, stainless appliances, new flooring, fresh paint, and professionally designed; you'll love that the kitchen wall has been removed, creating a huge counter space that doubles as a bar-height eating area. Your condo is in one of two buildings closest to the pool & waterpark (building 7) and your balcony faces away from all the noise for a quiet, relaxing evening.
Parking is free on the resort. Guests may park one vehicle directly at the condo entrance and other vehicles may be parked for free in the additional parking lot (close by and free). Larger vehicles like RVs or vehicles with trailers must be parked in the additional lot.
Access to the front door is by key code, which is provided a couple days before check-in.
We have professional property managers available if any concerns arise.

Guests are required to read and sign a rental agreement. The resort is a gated community and security requires guests to be registered ahead of time. Information like guest names and ages will be required, in addition to the primary booking person's address.
The condo is professionally managed and cleaned. Guests will have access to a property manager during business hours (and at all times in cases of property emergencies).

Having never booked direct with an owner before, I can safely say Brandon was fantastic from the outset. The information sent through at the time of booking gave me confidence that I had made the correct decision. The subsequent emails leading up to, during and after we also fantastic, always providing the right level of help and information.As for the condo, it is exactly as described, a 3 minute walk to the main pool and a 2 minute drive from the security entrance gate. Getting to and from Disney was quick and easy. You also have all the restaurants and shopping you need right around the corner on the 192.Inside the condo was spacious and airey for a family of four. The sofa was comfortable and the kitchen more than adequate for a family's needs.The main club house pool is lovely, with very friendly staff and plenty of sun loungers for your rest days.All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Brandon and KLMJ SUNSHINE to family and friends and would happily choose to stay again on our next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible condo rental, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the spacious rooms and the impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire home. The resort amenities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment for our entire family.One of the highlights for me was the proximity to the shopping center, with Walmart conveniently close by for any necessities. And let's not forget the unbeatable location! Being just a few minutes away from Disney World meant that we could easily pop back to the condo for a quick break before diving back into the magic of the parks.What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding hospitality provided by hosts Brandon & Christina. They were always available to assist with any questions or needs we had, making our stay completely stress-free.Staying here felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to return. We had a great 11 day stay in this condo. It felt like our second home. It was extremely well kept, clean and renovated and had everything we needed. There was even a starter kit to help us for first couple of days until we got organized. I had a very small issue with the garbage and when I called the management team, I was astounded by the helpful and quick response. The location was great, close to all the things we wanted to do and the clubhouse and pool were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I was also truly amazed in the care that Brandon and Christina took to answer any questions beforehand and to prepare us a welcome package that really answered any questions we had throughout the trip from rules/regulations to where closest supermarkets were located. Great hosts/Great stay! I will recommend anytime.

My family of 6 stayed in the 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. We loved everything about it! It was very spacious, tidy and clean. We liked having a washer and dryer. Everything was there that we needed. We loved the swimming pool, water slides and jacuzzi. My son and husband used the gym and it had everything they needed. We ordered food from the cafe and it was very good. Great experience and we plan on staying there again one day!

As soon as we arrived to our condo we were simply blown away! Our location was perfect as far as traveling to and from Disney! We also were right around the corner from everything we needed. The codo was very cozy and beautiful. The pool area was breathtaking, our kids didn't want to leave the pool at all, the sunset in this area were also amazing. Needless to say, I can just go on and on about this place! We love it so much we are thinking about buying a home, condo or villa here! Enough said!

We enjoyed our 11 day stay at Windsor. Hosts were great answering my questions and providing detailed instructions and giving us tips to make our trip and stay a great one. My kids felt at home and enjoyed the toys, pack and play, & pool toys the host graciously shared with us. We will definitely go back next year and stay here again.

Great location for Theme Parks. Windsor Hills complex has great pool, splash pad & slides for kids of all ages. Condo was “as described”. The one request we had was handled very quickly by Brandon & the property management team. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes along.

Everything in our condo was well prepared for our family of five. Very clean, equipped with the essentials and with many personal touches for decor to make it feel like home away from home. AdamAmazing location and easy access
Location is perfect for a Disney trip. So close you can take breaks from Disney and still make it back in refreshed.Condo has high ceilings which makes for a large open feel, large table and kitchen island for eating and the water park very close to the unit to cool off. We are already planning out next visit.

Our condo was spotless. Located at a great location in the Windsor Hills complex to get to the cafe and pool. I’ve never stayed off Disney property before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything was wonderful and minutes from all the parks. Plenty of shopping choices nearby for anything you might need. We are a family of four. Our children are 21 and 30 years old. It was wonderful for us each to have our own space to ourselves. We could never have afforded such a luxury if we stayed on Disney property. Great experience and would gladly stay again.
