Theme park vacation
The property was very spacious and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for the time that we stayed. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great Location for Disney and Universal Studios area
This property is very close to the Disney and Universal Studios areas. It is a gated community and is in a quiet area. It’s clean and spacious.

Condo was exactly what our family needed while we were in Florida. Felt very safe at the complex because of the access code just to get into the complex.

we enjoyed the condo with all the needed amenities.
We could ask for a better location, only 5 minutes from Disney world and walking distance from many many restaurants and grocery shopping.
We recommend this to any family.

I had a little trouble with the reservation at first because Frank (the owner) kept saying he sent me an email with the steps on getting inside the property which is a gated community but I never received the email. We went back and forth on if I received the email or not until I called Home Away but he gave me the information I needed by phone. Anyways, after that mishap was taken care of I could get into the unit. The condo is very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. The unit has pots and pans and silverware if you want to cook. The unit is in a very good area for shopping and eating. I ate at Chuy's Mexican Restaurant and the food and drinks were AWESOME!! Overall, I would recommend this to anyone that wants to save a little bit of cash for that next family vacation.

Perfect unit with extra beds for children. Enjoyed location near Disney Animal Kingdom and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. We used the pool and tennis court. Nice to have back porch that is screened in.

My boyfriend and I along with one of our friends stayed here from October 12-21st, 2014. We were very pleased with the condo, it was clean and spacious and the location is great if you are traveling to Disney and Universal Studios. We really enjoyed that it was a gated community as well, it made us feel safe. There are also many restaurants located near the property that are in walking distance, as well as gas stations. Definitely would recommend this location!

Sun Lake is in the perfect location for all the theme parks. Disney 10 minutes, Seaworld 15 minutes and Universal 20 minutes away. There is a supermarket and many restaurants within easy walking distance. Frank's apartment was lovely and very well equipped. Frank was very quick to respond to all our emails. We would love to come back here in the future.

This is a beautiful condo with plenty of space available to sleep 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal and feed your family. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the facility is quiet with no noticeable noise from the neighbors. It is located with-in walking distance from a grocery store and several other restaurants. Best of all the parks are no more than 10 minutes away. You don't have all the extras that you get from staying on park property, but you will save a significant amount of money staying here instead and the quality of the condo is similar if not better than the park properties.

The condo is in a perfect location - close to everything! We spent our days at Discovery Cove, Sea World, Aquatica, Animal Kingdom and Universal, etc. and they are very close - within 5 to 15 minute drive to all. The condo is also close to lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. We loaded up at the Super Target for groceries, etc. on day 1 and were able to eat most breakfasts and a few dinners in after long days at the parks, saving us a lot of money!
The condo is very clean and well taken care of and has all the amenities you'll need. We even used the slow cooker for one of our dinners...it was great to come home from a long day at the park and have dinner waiting for us! The owner is very responsive to all questions, concerns, etc. I will recommend this condo to friends/family and will look to stay here again if we are back in the future!

Our family liked this condo very much, we stayed for a week. It was very spacious, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, full kitchen and laundry. Being my first time renting from an owner, I was a bit hesitant, but communication was good, payment by paypal fast and we did not have any problem accessing the rental property. Did not use facilities (pool, gym, tennis) as mainly my stay was to be at Disney parks. All parks were very close to to condo (5-10 min drive). nearby there are plenty of places to eat, including a small mall. supermarkets are available at a short drive away. The only minor inconvenience was that the coffee brewer did not work on it's own it seems that the pot was replaced and it did not make a fit to be able to dispense the water down. Would definitely rent again, much better than a hotel.

My husband and I are very particular people when it comes to booking our vacations and we really liked this condo! It was very clean, comfortable and very well kept. This was our home for an entire week! We enjoyed our lunch at the table and the booster chair was a plus since we have a 2 year old. My in laws were very happy as well. Convenient shopping right next door for our groceries, and we had a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner at Cracker Barrel which is just a walk away. What I enjoyed most about this condo was that we felt as if we never left home. It was quiet, peaceful and the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I used the crockpot to make my sons food, washed clothes in the condo, great amenity to have when you are traveling with kids! The drive to the park was so close! I highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It is very clean and exactly as advertised. Close to everything including interstate if you are going to other parks not in the disney area. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for your hospitality.

The home was very comfortable and close to Disney attractions as well as shopping. I never spoke in person with the owner but did everything by email and always had a quick response to my emails. We will certainly look to use this same property on future visits.

The condo has a lot of space and it is 10 to 15 minutes to disney. My kids enjoyed it and its an excellent place to rest and its really clean. And it makes us feel like were at home and next year we are going to the same place. The owner of the condo is nice and generous an his condo made us feel our home.

Our stay was exceptional and started with an adventure on the Auto Train from Lorton, Virginia that took us and our vehicle to Sanford, Florida. The drive from the station to the condo was less than 40 minutes. We usually stay on Disney property, but decided to try something new this year. I am not sure that we would stay on Disney property again because we had more than enough room for our family of five. The photos truly reflect the rental unit, spatious and comfortable. The condo was extremely clean, absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Orlando. We spent five days at the Disney Parks and also went to Blizzard Beach twice. The condo is extremely close to the Disney Parks and very easy to get to off the interstate. The owner immediately answered any and all questions that we had for him regarding our stay. I would recommend staying at this condo unit to everyone.

This condo is so close to all the Orlando attractions. Very clean and the owner is so kind and willing to answer any questions. You will be so happy with the location. Close to lots of dining options. This condo is huge with lots of space and the washer and dryer are right in the unit.

We went to Disney everyday so this location was perfect & also close to restaurants and grocery stores.. The condo was very clean but I coudn't find the the washcloths or extra towels but later foundations they had been washed & I were in the dryer. The owner asks thay you leave the A/C set at 74 degrees. I'm cold natured so could comply with this most of the time but lowered it to 72 a couple times to cool off the front bedroom my sonfinancial was stayingin in. That room seemed to be hotter than the rest of the condo. These were not what I would consider issues, however. Overall, we were very pleased & would stay there again.

This is our 3rd year in a row coming to the same condo! We love it here, feels very homey and comfortable.Very clean and well maintained - description fits this condo to a T !
Our two kids love the pool and it's a bonus for us to be sooo close to Disney! It's literally a 4 minute drive down hwy #192. We can come back for afternoon naps and go back to Disney for the evening. We love walking to Cracker Barrel in the morning for breakfasts, tried the Ale House down the street - great prices and the Super Target which we did most of our groceries and Disney stuff for the kids.
Frank was great to deal with. The internet wasn't working one night, called Frank, and he got on it right away. Within the hour it was back up and working, and he even called us back to make sure it was working. I would highly recommened this condo to friends and family!
Thanks Frank, we will definitely come visit again!
