Fantastic 5BR ThemedPoolDisney 4 H20 WPark TIX INC

My family and I stayed for a couple days this past weekend. We live a couple hours away in Saint Augustine and come to the area frequently after staying at this home, we will no longer book any anywhere else!Aclesia was the most responsive host we have dealt with through this platform! She communicated well and fast. The home was very clean and extremely well equipped! While we only stayed a couple days, this place is equipped for long-term days! Very thoughtful with everything they have for their guests!My daughter absolutely loved the princess room, which was the main reason we booked! The game room was awesome as well. I just wish we had time to utilize it ha ha. Overall, the house is very nice. It has everything you need for a family and it’s a great location! I would absolutely recommend this place and host to anyone interested!

The place was immaculate. Communication was good in the beginning. The bunk beds were very hard. The hot water in master bedroom wouldn't fill up the garden tub a third of the way without going cold. Master bedroom door would not lock. Both were reported and there was a response to wait and see if it got warm again. I explained it was one partial bath and a shower 24 hrs later so they said they would get back to me. They said they would report the issue and get back to me. There wasn't any communication stating when or if they would come out. They came in when we were not there and removed the striker on the bedroom door. The hot water in the master bath was never addressed. 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with an occupancy of 12+ should have at least met standards for hygiene needs. If it's a matter of not having enough water heaters than why have bathtubs? Pool cleaners didn't knock, just walked in and started working and startled my family. Great but room for improvement!

The house was just what we were looking for with great communication from Alesia. The house was clean and meets the description mentioned within the listing.I would only have two notes for our hosts. Mind you, these were so low on the priority list that they weren’t major concerns for us, but I think it would be good notes for future guests: While it was very nice of them to provide towels, they were not large enough for any of the adults, so we went to Target nearby and grab a few. There are plenty of pool towels though, so you can substitute there if you’d like. Then there were a few things that are not in the home that helped us by purchasing them (pool toys, oven mits), and they are great about providing starter amenities (toiletries, toilet paper, dishwasher pods) you’ll need to purchase more if you’re staying for and extended period.All in all, a great stay. Thanks so much!!

We had high hopes, but several issues made this stay disappointing. On arrival, there were dirty towels in the washer, clumps of purple hair and used earplugs around the pool, and granola bar wrappers in one of the beds. Lounge chairs were dirty, blinds were broken in multiple rooms, the game room had a leaking roof, and the dishwasher smelled like garbage. Light switches were oddly hidden, which made basic things frustrating.We know we should’ve said something sooner, but we initially tried to let a few things go. As more issues appeared, they piled up, and we didn’t want to spend our vacation going back and forth in messages.When we did reach out, the host’s response was not especially friendly. Instead of acknowledging our concerns, they implied our report was inaccurate and sent time-stamped photos that didn’t meaningfully address what we shared.The home has potential, but cleanliness, maintenance, and communication need major improvement.

This rental was worth it, Gorgeous and spacious and the amenities included was helpful for a vacation. The rooms spacious and amazing which helped having a big family staying there and having kids of all ages the kitchen with dish washer helped with not having to clean so many dishes that a big family uses the washer and dryer to clean clothes in your own time and the pool was well tended to each day and the Game room was the best part old school arcade games thousands of them and tvs to hook up game systems we brought I absolutely loved our stay here and so did my children and definitely would book this place again

Great time and well worth it. My two grandsons were completely enamored with the game room that had PacMan and other such games. The pool was fun.

Caitlin was on key with communication the kids loved the gaming area and spent every day after baseball tournament in the pool. We have another tournament next month and look forward to booking with Caitlin again.

We loved it, was great for kids! There are no pool toys as a heads up. Also no like cooking oil that was something I wish I knew beforehand we got in late and stopped at the store on the way there. But all in all 5 stars. Very comfortable and accommodating, great location!

It was a beautiful home, and it was very kid friendly, I loved how it was in a nice neighborhood where we could go on walks. My family enjoyed the pool and the game room amenities. Very spacious home and comfortable. It was a little hot inside the homes with it being in the 90’s during our stay but other than that it was a great stay. Caitlin was a great host and was very helpful to any questions we had.
