Pool & Spa
Our large 14'x30' Swimming Pool and Spa are south-facing and have the unique advantage over many other villas in that the entire pool and spa area will be soaked in sunlight all day long. It is surrounded by a large extended paved patio and a screened lanai with cooling ceiling fans should you prefer to sit in the shade. The pool deck is furnished with chairs, tables, and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
The entire pool area faces a conservation view and pond.

If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! Those guests traveling with little ones will be glad to know that the Pool area has a complete child safety fence. In addition, all doors leading to the pool are alarmed.
Pool and Spa have privacy from the neighboring homes on both sides due to judiciously placed shrubs.

Living Room
As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa with the dining area located to the rear of the room. This room can be enjoyed as a reading room.

Dining Area
The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

Family Room
The family room with its two-story ceilings is spacious, with a comfortable sofa, complemented by a love seat, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, 55" flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a Sony Play Station 3 games console with games.

Kitchen
The large open-plan kitchen is complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full-size stove, oven, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !! The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area provides seating for 4.

Laundry Room
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and an iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those designer clothes you are likely to purchase!!


Additional Features
The villa has high-speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa and pool deck complete with computer and printer. All telephone calls are included, even international.
