Indian Creek Disney Retreat

This was a wonderful home exactly as described. The house was easy access to a lot of restaurants and Disney's parks. Neighborhood was quite and safe. Plenty parking for three vehicles. Grounds and surrounding community was very well kept. The rooms were ample and the beds were comfortable. Showers great with plenty towels and other necessities. The pool and hot tub were also a plus, cool and relaxing even after a few showers and thunder storms. The house décor was beautiful and welcoming. We all felt at home.

Wonderful location and a well maintained house. Very easy owner to deal with and had no surprises once we arrived. Pool Heater didn't work when we arrived and owner responded immediately and took care of the situation. Will definitely stay here again

The house was amazing!!! Owner amazing!!!! The entire process was easy and simple. Almost too good to be true. Your deposit is refunded in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property. We were actually there during hurricane Irma. The house held up great. Lisa the owner told us to stay until we feels it was safe to leave. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. We had stayed here a few years ago to go to Disney and it was an ideal location; Easy access to the the Disney parks, groceries, and restaraunts. We were in town to go to Universal Studios this last visit, and although it was further away, the daily drive was very easy.

From the time I found the house on homeaway, contacted Lisa, made payments, received updated directions based on construction, to my email about an appliance that was broke everything was perfect! (there was a new one on the doorstep when we arrived home that evening). Thank You Lisa!! We didn't use the pool much because a couple of our days were quite chilly and the other days we were too busy, but there were toys for the kids to play with, video games, board games, etc etc. Thanks for helping us to have an amazing vacation! Really enjoyed staying here, the house was super clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great at the end of the day. Was able to check in a little early and Lisa answered my calls/texts super fast (internet went out after a Florida storm and Lisa and Mark got the problem resolved in an hour). We LOVED this house! It was very clean, spacious, safe, and well equipped! There were plenty of towels and dishes. I also loved that it had pool alarms on the doors for our young children. Three bathrooms made it easy to get everybody ready fast! Tvs in each bedroom also made it easy to let everyone watch their own choice of show. The pool was great and the hot tub was even better. I am SO GLAD we added the pool heat! The house really is super close to the Disney parks! It only took 15 minutes to get to each one leaving us extra time to get ready in the mornings. We chose to cook our meals at home instead of eating dinner out every night. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Every dish/pan we needed was there, even a crockpot and a blender! The washer and dryer were an amazing addition and made it easy to always have clean towels. If you are staying here make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and detergent. (The same as other rentals) Also set aside a little extra time to figure out the tv in the living room. Lol! Overall we LOVED the house and plan to stay here again when we return to Disney!

We were able to check in a little earlier, the house was clean and with in 10 mins from Disney parks and about 15/20 from sea world. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay and will totally rent again! It's a beautiful home that's around everything including shopping centers, restaurants.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this home. We absolutely love it. Hot tub and pool are perfect for the end of a park day. I have spoken to Lisa (the owner) a few times and she is very nice and helpful. Can't wait to come back! I highly recommend staying here.

It was eight of us. We fit quite comfortably with room to spare. They truly thought of everything. The pool was awesome. Really felt like we were home. It was nice to be around crowds all day then come home and swim with just us at the end of the night. We used the propane grill that was easy to use. There were plenty of towels. I really can't say enough about how great our stay was. We all loved the house.

This is a great home if you are visiting the theme parks. Close to everything. We have stayed there for four years in a row and loved every minute of it. Easy drive to all of the Disney Parks, Sea World and Universal. Great restaurants and shopping within minutes of the front door. The home has all of the amenities you need and the pool is awesome. Lisa, the owner is great to work with and ensures everything is ready for your stay. Highly recommend this home and looking forward to our next visit!

We rented this home with two children, and five adults. There are plenty of bedrooms for all parties. Having several bathrooms is also very helpful when people are trying to get ready. Our favorite feature was the pool. The pool was very clean and spacious. The home provides needed towels, dishes, silverware, etc. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan that can be turned off and on as convenient, which is nice. It is easy to get to Disney property and parks from this location, while avoiding some of the main traffic arteries. The home is also near the old "Splendid China" if you are a fan of old amusement park history. Lisa is quick to return any messages and made the whole rental process very easy.

Lisa was so nice, she replied back to all my emails in a timely manner! She was flexible with our checkin time so we could go into the house a little earlier. The house was amazing! Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the regular utensils you would need if you were actually home. We asked last minute if she could turn on the heat for the jacuzzi and she had no problem getting that done for us. The location was perfect for what we had planned, getting to all the theme parks, the grocery store and liquor store. The house provided towels and extra sheets. The washer and dryer was definitely a plus. I like that we used a code to get in the house instead of a key. That was so convenient. The grill with the already filled propane was definitely a bonus! Overall, there was not one thing we would have changed about this renting experience! Thank you again Lisa!!! We will definitely rent from you again!

Loved Lisa's rental, the house is the perfect rental for a girls trip or family getaway. The location is literally 10 min from animal kingdom and maybe tops 20 to magic. We had five in our party and everyone found themselves very comfortable. From the clean towels and linens to the heated pool I give this place 5 stars! Cant wait to come back!

We had a great time at Lisa's house. It has everything you'll need to make meals at home if you wish, including a barbecue which we didn't use. There is a Target very close by for groceries. I had read that there was a Keurig coffee maker and wondered if there would be a regular coffee maker, and of course there was. The best part to us was the wonderful warm pool. We used it almost every day and enjoyed the hot tub too. We have rented many houses and some have had very cool pools. This was by far the warmest pool we've ever had. My only complaint is that it is already booked for our dates next year.

We had a party of 9, 6 adults and 3 children. Never felt crowded. Home is exactly as the photos showed. The pool and spa were very clean. The kids played for hours in the pool after returning from Disney. Home is located in a very clean quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and all the Disney attractions. Wide variety of eateries nearby to chose from. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking. Easy to navigate the area. The owners are very friendly and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. Will rent this home again! Was everything we expected.

This was such a nice place to layback and relax by the pool/spa. And having coffee on the lanai every morning just left my mind free of all worries. I chose this property due to the nice landscaping photo and it just jumped out at me. The pictures that are displayed is exactly what you're getting, no deceit! The owners cherished their property and it is up to the vacationer to take care of any property as well! I felt at home, but this place is long vs. a wide width which gave privacy as well! My parents, finance and I visited the Holy Land Replica in Orlando and the drive is about 20 minutes with no traffic. Majic Kingdom is the same exit or 1 exit before, that's how close you are to Majic Kingdom.. As another reviewer stated the TV in the living area is a little tricky, but we got the hang of the remotes; one you use for volume, turning off/on, the other to change channels. Thanks Lisa for a really great time that me and my family shared and I will be referring my clients to your place. Oh and when they say out by 10a. that's exactly what is meant! We stayed in this house mid July and absolutely loved it!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. We were so impressed with how clean this place was. My husband is a clean freak and it passed his white glove inspection with flying colors. He actually pulled the couch out from the wall to see how clean the floor was behind the couch and it was absolutely spotless. NO DUST BUNNIES AT ALL!!!!! I can't say enough about Lisa either. She was beyond helpful during our booking process and anytime we needed to contact her about anything regarding our stay she was always great to respond right away and in my opinion went above and beyond to make us feel like we weren't just someone she was making money off of but rather to make us feel like guests in her home away from home. I highly recommend this home!

This is everything you could ask for in a rental. It's very clean, well equipped (even a washer & dryer, gas grill with propane), spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are so relaxing after a full day at Disney! The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The villa is about 5-10 minutes from driveway to Disney parking area. The owners are very friendly and courteous. When we return we will definitely rent this home again - it made our first Disney trip an great experience.

We were a party of six (four adults, two children) that stayed for a week in this property. We arrived in the afternoon and were able to access the property with no problem. After stowing our luggage and checking out the place, we headed to the grocery store. The villa was fully equipped with all the basics to get us started and we stocked up on breakfast foods and snacks for the week. While there were starters for dishwashing, toilet paper, and soap, we were surprised that there were no staples left over from previous renters (i.e., salt, pepper, plastic wrap, foil, etc.) that we usually find. No problem for us as we didn't really need them, just a note for future renters who might expect to see some of these "leftovers". The villa was spotless and perfect for our group. The layout of the bedrooms worked great as we had three families represented. The kids, of course, spent many happy times in the pool, which we had heated for our stay. Didn't really need it, but they didn't seem to mind. The villa is in a very nice neighborhood and close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Also very close to Disney with instructions on how to sneak in the back way - very handy! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a Keurig coffeemaker. The beds were comfortable, as were the sofas in the living room. The tv was a little tricky to figure out - some instructions would be helpful if you are technically challenged. Overall, our stay here was great and the price could not be beat. We will definitely consider renting here again should be come back to Disney for an extended stay. The owners were extremely responsive and very nice to deal with. They answered all our questions promptly and refunded our deposit the same day we checked out. How awesome is that?!?

My family and I have been renting houses in this area for the last 5 years. Most of them have been quite good. Lisa's house tops them all. The house is very clean, and very well equipped. The pool and spa were maintained at a very warm heat so we were able to use them regardless of the varied temperature drops. I have already booked my stay for next year. She even makes available a Weber grill and she supplies the tank. All she asks in return is for the tenant to clean it up after use. That is just common courtesy although not everybody complies. This is a lovely villa at a very addfordable price. Easily accomadated 12 people. Was centrally located to route 192 and area restaurants Was only 10 minute drive to disney gates Would give this villa 10 stars if had the option.. This house was layed out very conveneently and was handicap accesable. The pool was a very big hit with the kids. Wii Definetly rent this hous again and was the best rental property i found in disney area.

Stayed here with 2 friends in September 2014. We had an absolute blast. Very close to the Disney Parks and extremely close to shopping and restaurants. The home is just as described. We stayed here for Spring Break with the entire family. This house had an amazing location and very clean. We truly enjoyed how close it was to the parks and the open communication with the owners. It was everything we hoped for when we arrived. Had some minor issues with the next door renters however this was not anyone's fault. We are planning a vacation for Christmas and we looked to stay here again, unfortunately it was already booked! :( this was our first pick again because of how much fun we had and how convenient this house was! thank you Lisa for your hospitality!

We came from Oregon to celebrate my daughter and nephews 21st Birthdays. Lisa was easy to work with. The house is just as the pictures show. The house was comfortable for 2 families, it was clean, has plenty of dishes, linens and a brand new washer & dryer. Our 7 nights went way to fast. Our only challenge was a raccoon family that kept getting into the outside trash cans. Everything was perfect and I would recommend this home to everyone.

3 Adults, 2 kids (14 and 11) The owner...Wow...From start to finish this was a fantastic decision. From the moment we emailed Lisa to make the booking to the moment we left the home on our last day the experience was perfect. Lisa answered all of my questions as this was our first trip to Florida. She even provided insight into some of the tricks of the parks. The home itself...The house is in a great location. It is 15 minutes from the Magic Kingdom parking lot (on a busy day) and a maximum of 30 minutes from Universal. The outlet malls are 20 minutes and 25 minutes away. Anything you want is close by for shopping and restaurants. The layout is perfect for two families. The house was clean and very well maintained. There were piles of towels and clean linens. The Weber BBQ works great! Many items were cooked on this. For shopping there is a Super Target up and around the bend or the Publix Market a little closer. For your first grocery haul I recommend the Target as it will save you some bucks. If you are looking for souvenirs I suggest the shops with a gimmick out front (Wizard Hat, Mermaid) as they have the best selection and best prices (I think the rest of them are in cahoots). I also recommend the Cracker Barrel restaurant (good value and good food). The days that we did not close out the parks we tried to BBQ at the house. I would recommend this home to anyone. One consideration. If there are thundershowers in the afternoon then I would recommend heating the pool as the cold rain cools it down. We had 3 nights where we wish we had heated it. Looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing place to enjoy your family vacation then this is the place for you. It has everything you could want or need. The pictures are true to form. Its so close to all the parks and then some. We had such a great vacation. I can't say enough about this house. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day at the parks. I would recommend it to everyone. The location is perfect for all of your needs. Restaurants, supermarkets, etc... The only bad thing for us was "HAVING TO LEAVE TO GO HOME!!!" We can't wait to go back.

My family and I consisting of 4 adults and 4 children travelled to Kissimee Florida from February 12 to 23, 2013. Upon our arrival at the house I noted it was very clean and very nicely laid out. The area that the house is located in is also very quiet and safe. The house is located very close to all the attractions with Disney only about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Lots of stores and shopping nearby. The kids loved the pool and were in it almost every day. I would recommend anyone looking for accomodations in this area to rent from Lisa and Mark.

This home was better than the pictures shown in the internet :) It was beautiful and in a very good location and close to the Disney Parks. Kids were crazy about the pool and the mickey mouse cups and plates in the house :). For a family with a baby it was great that the house had a playpen, highchair and umbrella stroller, that was a big plus! The house was in perfect condition. The owner of the house Lisa was very helpful and very nice the time we spoke on the phone regarding any questions I had. I strongly recommed this house to any family looking for a great vacation home :) Will defenetly go back!!!

After the long journey it was great to find a wonderful villa like this. There is everything you could possibly want from the pool to indoor games to a clean and well maintained house. With Disney parks only a few minutes drive and access to Universal pretty quick via the nearby 'I 4' entertainment was never far away. There is great eating on the doorstep on the '192' with breakfast at Shoneys or the Golden Corral and then in the evening more specialised restaurants with steak, seafood or any other thing you may want. Did not have a good experience at 'Sizzler' but 'Red Lobster' was great as were other places. Would recommend taking a day or twos break down at Clearwater Beach if you can spare the time. Good fishing, great beach and only about 90 minutes away. Broke the parks up a little. Had great communication with lisa, the owner, and would recommend this villa and its location to everyone. The rates are much of a muchness across the board so it is worth booking early to get somewhere like this rather than being stuck with inferior accomodation. Many thanks Lisa for providing my family with a great base to operate from.

This was the best place our family has ever stayed. The home had everything we needed for a family with 4 small children. The home itself was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were heaven! (We had 4 kids with us- ages 2 to 7 and they would rather have played in the pool than go to the parks) The owner was so nice and helpful and her directions/information extremely useful. We would highly recommend this property and would use it again next time.

The tips to the park by the owner were invaluable and saved so much time, Dealing with Lisa and the management company was easy and they were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of room for the four of us ( could easily accommodate more comfortably ) I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would not hesitate to return to it. Having a base you enjoy and feel 'at home' in certainly adds to the holiday, a place to unwind, chill and enjoy the family in. I can honestly say whether it is your first trip or fourth ( like ours ) this is one to look at

We stayed in this home for 10 days and had a wonderful time! My kids loved the pool and hot tub. What a way to relax while visiting all the sites in Florida. We have stayed in "condos" before and will NEVER do that again. Staying in a home is the way to go. The homeowner was great and communicated with me throughout the whole process. She even called me while we were there to make sure everything was acceptable. What great customer service!! I would recommend this home to anyone who was thinking of visiting the Orlando area. It is close to all the restaurants and shopping but not too close. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. My family and I will definitely stay at this home again when we return to Florida.

We stayed in this villa for nearly three weeks and found it to be kept to a high standard, very clean and homely. It is exactly like the photos on the website. The pool was lovely and we opted for the additional pool heating which was great. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The villa is in a very central location, and yet only 10 mins drive to Disney. We found the owner to be very very helpful right from the initial inquiry to our return home to the UK. She even emailed us while we were staying in the villa to check everything was to our satisfaction. We would definately stay in this villa again if we were returning to Orlando and will definately recommend the villa to our work colleague's, family and friends.
