This peaceful, gated community of Ridgewood Lakes is nestled within an
award-winning championship golf course, built around scenic bass-filled
fishing lakes. It is close to the I-4 Highway leading to Disney World,
Universal and Orlando’s other top attractions.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi thoughout the villa.
The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds.. The third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided.
There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is South facing, sun all day long. You have perfect view of one of the golf course greens.You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful villa for 5 nights. The house is very spacious,.clean and in a secured gated community. Watersong community is the best area for villa rentals close to Disney. We enjoyed the open floor plan, and pool. The kitchen area was my favorite...very spacious with a lot of counter space. The home.was extremely comfortable and peaceful. TVs in every bedroom. We enjoyed everyday and night here.

The villa was superb. We loved everything about it. Beautifully presented and very clean. Spacious and different rooms to spread out into. Games room and pool table were a bonus. Outside area was relaxing. The main bedroom suite was luxurious. Great location

Rosanne L.Beautiful house for our family of 7
This house was supplied with everything to make us comfortable and even had games and toys to enjoy. There was a pool table, pacman machine and foosball machine in the garage which everyone enjoyed playing. Beds were comfortable and a tv in every room. It had a pool with safety fence for children and we asked for the heater to be on and it was so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this for a family with kids.

My family and I just spent a week in this lovely home. It was nicely decorated, well-maintained, and had everything in a well stock kitchen that one would need for fixing meals. The pool/spa was great and well landscaped to provide privacy. This home is situated close to Walmart, Publix, and Disney.

I had a very pleasant vacation . The house was good , clean . The owner was very kind and was very close to all attractions and food marts .just enter the code at the front gate and go thrue .very quiet area and very clean .i will be using the same house again for my next trip .i am each 6 months in Florida and this was the most likely area and house what i did like .my family also had a great time in there with some people which was for the first time in florida .they were very surprised how easily you can rent from Florida rentals they asked me how to do .....i gave them all the advise they needed .

We rented villa #18 in Kissimmee..The house is a great located with a south facing backyard with pool..The house has everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach supplies,including beach towels,chairs and a small cooler..Easy access to freeway to Disney world,just 15mins away,,beaches are an hour and 20mins 2min drive..Would differently return..Thank you,a great vacation

You won’t be disappointed with this home. The chef’s kitchen has everything you could possibly need to feed your family, even a Mickey Mouse waffle maker! The highlight of our time there was the heated pool when my children & grandchildren visited. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with the master toilet however the management company were very prompt in contacting us and getting it resolved. It was already rented for next year or we would have come back. Thanks for letting us stay!

So we opened the door and the house smelled so CLEAN....We walked in and checked each room....All were perfect. Kitchen was super CLEAN and well stocked with all the little things for convenience and comfort! Furniture was higher end and beds were soooo comfy. Our next stop was to open the patio doors and look at the pool area..again clean and perfect! Water in pool was as warm or warmer than the air..no shock. We loved our stay and will reccomend to others and will book again next time we need a Disney fix!!

Such a beautiful villa. My husband and I love it. It’s in a secure, private area called Lake Berkley Resort. The house was super clean and had more than I can imagine. Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, beautiful kitchen, etc... Highly recommended.
