More importantly, you are only 2 miles from Disney and the shuttle buses are available for you just at the hotel, no more concerns about getting stuck in traffic---Now that's convenience that can't be beat! (shuttle buses: just cross the street from the sun lake resort).

Renting the condo was super easy. as is in the photos very clean. Me and my husband have already stayed here twice and I would book again but there is a min of 4 nights now. too bad b/c we loved staying here

This is an excellent place to stay and enjoy Orlando. It is very close to all of the attractions and access to all major highways. The condo is clean, safe and furnished completely. This was our 2nd time renting from the owner nd have always been happy with our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights. Condo was great spacious, clean, close to attractions but far enough to relax after a long day of fun with the kids. Great home away from home.

This is a great place to stay for multiple people. Kitchen utensils are provided, towels are provided, and each room comes with a TV (minus one room from what I remember). There is also a Xbox 360 and Wii U for people who want to use the apps provided. There are stores nearby for groceries, clothes, food, and basic supplies that are needed. There is also a pool and gym nearby which we enjoyed using. It's also a good recommendation if you plan to go to Disney World - Uber or Lyft there takes roughly 10 minutes and costs roughly $8.

We stayed here for our vacation to Disney World in which we also visited a few other places. This condo was amazing, the best place we've stayed at in Florida. It allowed us quick access to the parks and everywhere else we wanted to go. Super Target, other grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants very close by. The Condo was a great place for us to relax. It was secure and plenty of space for the kids to play. Speaking of the kids, they loved the kids sized beds that were perfect for them. If we need a condo near Disney again we hope to stay here. Thank you!

We made a last minute decision to go to Florida. The day before Memorial weekend. And I am so glad we did. This property is so NICE! Everything was perfect! Brand new kitchen! It is walking distance to restaurants and the grocery stores. The clubhouse which features a pool, picnic area and gym is within walking distance as well. I would definitely use this property again!

Loved the area! Easy access to restaurants and attractions! The condo was very clean! Needs some bathroom updates! There was a problem with the wifi and eventually was rectified!

Me and my family stayed at 8716 Rockingham Terrace,Kissimmee We were comfortable and pleased with the accommodations ,the manager Joanne Williams was very helpful with any questions that I had my family love the area and would love to stay there again I would recommend this to anyone that wants a great place to stay on their vacation.
