This is a beautiful professionally decorated and furnished 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa located at Lake Berkley Resort. Have your vacation here in comfort and relaxation with air conditioning throughout.
The spacious sitting room has a Queen sofa sleeper bed so the villa can easily accommodate 8 persons. This room has a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided.
There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
We have a games room with pool table, so start planning those family tournaments now.
The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. The sun reaches the deck mid-morning and remains there for the rest of the day. You will be able to watch beautiful sunsets.
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool. Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

Our first time coming to Florida and we could not have dreamed for a better location or accommodation for our trip. The Villa is roomy, very clean and perfectly positioned for the parks, the old town and near by facilities like supermarkets and restaurants. We enjoyed a 15 night stay in Villa Rosa. The Villa was a perfect size for our family of 4, but would easily accommodate 6 without feeling crowded. Extremely well equipped with an abundance of towels and all utensils you could need in a kitchen! Master bed was enormous and very comfortable. Pool area a good size and enjoyed by all the family. A massive thank you to Stephen & Johanna..the booking process and communication leading up to our stay was fantastic. Highly recommended!!

My family and I had a fabulous stay in your villa at Lake Berkley.We particularly liked the location of the villa it was extremely central for shopping and the Parks it also had a Super Walmart approximately a 2 minute drive away which was great for supplies.The villa was spotless and was extremely well equipped BBQ, coffee maker, blender for smoothies every conceivable bowl, pots and pans and picnic item you could wish for.The beds were comfy, and the linen cupboard was full of fluffy towels and some for pool use also.Pool area was great and there were lots of loungers and sun chairs and the sun was on the pool area all day. simon

We stayed at the townhouse in Lake Berkley for around 4 weeks as a family of six. The house was clean and had lots of space.I really appreciated the toys and decor which added some cozyness to the villa. The person responsible for the management of the villa responded very quickly.The pool and its nightlights was a highlight during a hot Florida evening.

Mike M.Great house and great location
This rental worked out well for us. The villa was clean and was plenty big for our family. The heated pool was awesome. The temperature was perfect. We had annual passes to Typhoon Lagoon which was a short trip from the villa. Chick-Fil-A was really close by and one of our favorite restaurants. Walmart was also very conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It was nice to have the lake nearby for fishing.

This is the first time we rented a house for vacation and it was a great experience. We love the location of the villa as it it close to stores, restaurants, entertainment and Disney parks. The villa was clean and the pool was perfect for cooling down at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again if available the next time we visit Florida.

This rental house was everything that we needed for our two weeks stay in Kissimmee. It was close to theme parks, certain attractions we attended, and many restaurants and stores were nearby. The house was very clean and because of the security, we felt safe. This place was exactly what we needed for my wife and I. Our daughter and grandsons joined us for a week. We all had a wonderful time and hoping to rent this place again next year!
