The Magic Emerald Island Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a maximum occupancy of 9. Professionally decorated, fully stocked kitchen. There are 6 flat screen TVs with cable. Private pool/spa for your enjoyment. Beds are super comfy for a good night's sleep after a full day at Disney or Universal. The pool & spa are south facing with lots of privacy.
The main master bedroom has a king size bed and a private en suite bathroom with garden tub & separate shower, walk in closet. This bedroom also has direct access to the pool area.
The second master has a queen bed and also has a private en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin (single) beds and is decorated in a Disney Mickey Mouse theme.
Bedroom 4 has 1 full on the bottom with a twin above and is decorated in a Disney Frozen theme.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, built-in closets.
The third full bathroom is centrally located to serve bedrooms 3 and 4 with large storage closet and cabinet for your convenience.
The kitchen has all the comforts of home and there is plenty of seating available for mealtimes at the kitchen nook, dining room and even pool side.
The game room features a pool table, foosball table, TV.
Also included is a pack-n-play, twin stroller and highchair.
The south facing pool and spa surrounded by bushes and palms will provide hours of fun-in-the-sun with lots of privacy. The pool is set into a large private pool deck complete with luxury padded pool furniture, including sun loungers, dining table with umbrella and luxury padded chairs. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink or meal.

Our luxury villa is located at the elegant Emerald Island Resort which is situated just minutes away from highway 192 close to all the local shopping villages, fine restaurants and theme & water parks. As you enter this prestigious subdivision you will be greeted with the dolphin fountains just before the amenity filled clubhouse. This resort has everything you could possibly desire with tennis and volleyball courts, community pool and hot tub, Tiki Bar, children's play area and nature trails for walking. It also has a fitness room and steam sauna room. All amenities are free to our guests.

Favorite Places To Eat

Restaurants: Ford's Garage in Margaritaville (2 miles from the house) is a great restaurant. Youman's British Pub is located next to Ford's Garage, with good food. Gloria Estefan has a restaurant in this area also. These are all located in Sunset Walk/Margaritaville off Hwy192/Irlo Bronson. In the evenings they have live music in the square. The Columbia Restaurant in Celebration.
