A separate laundry room with NEW front loader Washer & Dryer, iron is provided as are all towels, pool towels and linen.

Few properties are so close to everything you need from shopping to the theme parks which is why we choose this home. Ideally located Lake Berkley is set on 3 Lakes and has a 24 hour Guard at the gate for safety. Quiet and serene with stunning views and wild life to watch. The properties are beautifully set, large rooms and tranquil surroundings. Great for wildlife, you could come across a turtle crossing the road or ducks follow you to the door hoping to be fed. See the deer at dusk stroll in the grass, watch the otters plan rolling in the grass with a fish at daybreak. See Eagles swoop in the Lake for their breakfast, they nest close to the villa. All this and Disney just down the road and the convenience of a 24/7 Super Walmart just 2 minutes away. You can even fish from our stocked Lakes.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the resort, the private pool especially. Its a big part of their vacation to be able to open the door and swim while watching the ducks watch you! Our pool has one of the largest decks on the resort and we provide lots of soft loungers and seating. Feeding the ducks with their babies is always a big hit with the kids as they wait patiently by the pool door. Relaxing in the spa and eat al fresco while the sun shines every morning. Our game room has everything from games consoles , pool table, foosball table decorated with lots of characters. The twin bedrooms have so many hand painted characters murals on the walls, it continues the dream - this is truly a magical time they will remember.
Area Information
Set just off the 192 East is the Gated and guarded community of Lake Berkley set on three stunning Lakes. Quietly located and so tranquil.
The resort offers Tennis, Basketball, volleyball, two children play areas, a beach area, gym, community pool, community hot tub and childrens splash area, clubhouse and nature trail around the lake where you can fish from stocked lakes- no licence necessary.
A 24 hour Super Wal-mart is just two minutes away. Plenty of local shops, discount designer shopping outlets and restaurants for those who like fast food or fine dining. Few resorts are this close to Disney and many do not have the safety of a friendly guard checking everyone through.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
A stroll around the Lake or a Jog if you like is best in the mornings while all the birds are gathering, the turtles are sleepily basking in the sun on the lake edge. Pause in the Gazebo and watch out over the Lake see Blue gill fish jump and watch Egrets stir the water for their breakfast.
Feed the fish, turtles or birds from the Jetty on the way. It is a good start to the day. Spend a little time fishing from our stocked lakes.
2 play parks, volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, beach area all on the resort.
Communial Infinity pool with childrens splash area and large hot tub all included for you to use.
Nearby are helicopter rides, golf, or plenty of retail therapy at discount outlets.
Favorite Places To Eat
All local within 2 minute drive: -For Buffet Food ideal for children is Golden Coral or Ichiban. Both are very reasonable priced, children under three are free. Eat before 4pm and it is much cheaper plus seniors over 55 get a free drink.
Longhorn Steak House is great for Steaks or Cowboy chops! Lobster Tails or fish.
Bahama Breeze is a favourite too, food from the Islands!
Olive Garden is a good Italian, free salad bowl to start and hot breadsticks.
So many to choose from I admit we never cook. 2 minutes away is Chick fil A if you want a bucket of chicken for lunch or have local pizza delivered.!
Inside Scoop
Restaurants charge much less before 4pm. Many restaurants children eat FREE.
Pizza Hut do all you can eat Buffets at lunchtimes for just a few dollars.
Seniors of 55 get discount on most things including restaurants.
Tuesdays at Ross discount clothing you get 10% off for seniors and lots of designer clothes.
Golf look for Discount late booking on line.
Official ticket centres are usually cheaper for tickets than discount coupons in books. - Look out for deals online. -Never pay gate prices.
Get coupon books in Wal-marts foyer, lots of discounts on food restaurants.
Uber taxis are cheap to use.
Custom Car Parade in Old Town check for times.
Buy an annual pass for Disney water parks - you only need to go twice to cover the cost and its nice to pop in and out for a swim or water ride.
Book fast passes well in advance for best rides at Disney.
Always start at back of the park for less ride wait time.

About the owner: We travelled to Florida every year but got a bit fed up with poor accommodation the travel agents were giving us while charging premium prices. We started booking direct and getting good quality renting. We found Lake Berkley, loved it so much that we brought our home here. We just had never found a resort like it, so quiet, no noisy cars on highways, so much wild life to watch, so close to everything and we love the Guard on the gate makes you feel safe.
We have grandchildren now who have also travelled many times to the house which is why we know what the children look for on vacation. Toys while waiting for you to be ready for the parks, Sparkling pool to swim in between park visits. So much baby equipment as we have taken our grandchildren from 3 months old there, it makes travelling with little ones easy.
Why this property? This villa It is the best position on the resort in many guests opinion not just own own. It sits on a large corner plot but looks over the whole lake with no neighbours watching you swim. The views are stunning. I love the wildlife, watch mating Eagles catch their breakfast in the Lake, Otters roll with their cubs in the grass. We have invested a lot of money over the years in upgrades and extras to make the home comfortable for ourselves and our guests. The local management company are great if something breaks they replace it for you immediately and yes they do answer your calls.

We chose this particular villa as it met many of our non-negotiables; south facing pool, gated community, close to 192 & Poinciana Blvd. From the first enquiry, where we hadn’t purchased flights ( but knew the weeks we wanted). Jane was extremely accommodating, holding a few days either side of the holiday until we had booked our flights. Jane’s communication with our party of 9 (2 families) was fantastic, letting us know information in a steady flow before our holiday started. Entry into the villa was easy and communicated well, it truly felt like a home from home. On our first day Jane was able to rectify a blown pool screen with no issues. Communication was excellent throughout the vacation. Jane was always prompt with email responses. Never have we had such a well stocked villa with crockery items for large groups. Lake Berkley is a beautiful resort, the villa in a lovely position with ducks visiting each morning for feeding. Highly recommend this villa for a great holiday.

This was our first visit to Florida and it was the best time we had, what a wonderful time we had and this house was so perfect and the view of the lake with the pool was just perfect my kids loved it so much they where asking me to buy the house. I would truly recommend it if you have kids and want to spend quality time with them. I love the fact that restaurants and shopping stores are nearby. The management company are super helpful and the owner June is great on answering questions and getting back to you so quickly.

The lake view is so tranquil and hopefully you saw the Eagle fishing, he lands next to the pool screen most days with his catch. The close proximity of shops, restaurants and a 24/7 super wal-mart and being so close to all the parks is one of the reasons we chose this resort. You feel so protected with the guards on the gate stopping ever entry. Come back soon love to have such a nice family again.

We had an excellent time and the house we choose was perfect for our family. We had 10 adults and 4 children and were only minutes from the parks. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home.
