Great location close to the airport, Disney parks and outlets. Spacious villa that was really comfortable with a lovely pool. So many 'extras' provided such as pool toys, on demand family friendly films and an airfryer too! The property was very clean and stayed cool and refreshing inside. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This villa was perfect for my family of seven. The rooms were spacious and the house was clean. The area was well situated and safe. The pool was nice for relaxing day off from parking. The solar pool heating was a nice benefit. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house from Dec 8 to 14, 2020 for our vacation to Disney and Universal Studios, and was truly impressed by all it offered. The location was perfect as it is close to the Florida Turnpike, major theme parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls/outlets. We were so impressed on how clean and accomodating this house for a family of 5 (with 3 toddlers). The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Our kids loved that they have a private swimming pool, and could swim warmly with the help of the electric pool heater. The home had lots of extra supplies i.e. blankets, pillows, towels and pool accessories. We plan to return here in the near future.

We rented this home for a week in early February. Everything was perfect. All of the amenities need for our stay were there. The pool was great. All of the restaurants and Theme parks were just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again .

The property was clean and welcoming! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The home had lots of extra supplies i.e. blankets, pillows, towels and pool accessories. A must stay for anyone traveling to Disney.

It was overall a nice stay, with just the basics. We cooked a lot at the house, and they had the basics to get dinner served. It had some ants, which I understand down south is just a thing. The rental was smooth, and legit. I haven't gotten my email receipt for my cleaning deposit yet. I checked out Monday, and I will contact the owners tomorrow (Thursday) to give them some time to process it.

Joseph B.Great Value and with a pool!!
After looking through tons of properties for our vacation we settled on this listing with Frank & Loes. It was the perfect size for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It took us 20-25 minutes to get to SeaWorld and Aquatica, which isn't too bad. It was easy to get to from the airport and everything worked the way it should. The kids loved the pool and were in it all the time we were at the house. The property manager lives in the same community and was easy to talk to. The only negative thing was that the garbage and recycle trucks came super early so you better leave them out the night prior to them being collected or plan on getting up at 5am to get them curbside in time.

The house is located close to the Disney parks and Universal studios. It had all the amenities needed to meet our family's needs. It also had a beautiful private pool.
