We invite you to stay at our villa which is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom luxury vacation home, however there is a sofa bed in the sitting room so the villa can sleep 10 guests.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc.
As a guest of Bella Vida Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge:, state of the art gym, basketball court, large pool and hot Jacuzzi, clubhouse, children’s play area, and cyber cafe.
The family room is luxuriously furnished and has wide-screen HD TV with premium cable and Bose sound system and patio doors leading out to a lovely deck and pool area.
There is a second sitting room and large dining table.
The primary master bedroom suite has a King size bed, HD TV with premium cable and ensuite bathroom.
The second master suite has a Queen size bed, premium cable TV and ensuite bathroom.
There are 2 further well appointed twin bedrooms.
Free, secure, high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the villa.
The kitchen has every appliance and utensil needed for a large family home.
There is also a separate washing and drying machine.
Outside there is a large private pool, chairs and sun loungers.
There is a covered lanai for al fresco dining.
Pool heat can be arranged at a fee of $35 per night incl all tax
Strictly no smoking inside the villa, and strictly no pets.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
A local management company is on hand 24/7 if needed.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

We had the pleasure of booking this villa during our family vacation to Disney World. The villa is beautiful inside and out. It is tucked away in a secluded area. I felt safe and welcomed by the gate attendants. It’s in a prime area where all that you need can be found nearby. The house is just as described. Little touches of Disney all over the home. I appreciated that. The home is spacious and accommodated everyone beautifully.I will definitely book again when I return. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The sunset across the lake was stunning and it was magical to sit in the wonderfully warm hot tub and watch the wildlife while the children played in the pool. Such a great location with everything you could possibly want conveniently close. The pool screen was ripped when we arrived but this wasn't a problem as the very friendly management arranged for it to be fixed the very next day. The cleaners had also done a fantastic job before we arrived and it was lovely to have a few toiletries and kitchen items to get us started on arrival. We had a lovely holiday and hope to stay with you again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It is the cleanest villa we've stayed in and we were very grateful for the extra touches such as toiletries, kitchen sponge and kitchen roll etc which were an unexpected bonus! Lovely and spacious and great having 3 bathrooms. When we arrived the pool screen was broken but this was not an issue as it was promptly fixed the very next day. The pool and hot tub were lovely and warm, it was just perfect! Many thanks!

From the minute we walked in to the villa everything was perfect We loved the open space living area, there was a massive corner suiteand all the bedrooms was great, the sizes of the rooms and the bathrooms was lovely, plenty of towels for everyone The pool had plenty of chairs and loungers The gated community was perfect, location and the security where always very pleasant Hopefully we will go back in the near future

This is our family's first time renting a house when in Orlando - we love Disney and have our favorite on and off property resorts we usually stay at. I'm not sure we'll go back to staying anywhere else in Orlando except this house in the future! Our children (13 + 9) were perfect ages to enjoy the pool and rec room. So much space to spread out! We did most of our meals in the house and they had everything we needed for cooking. The drive to both Disney and Universal are not too bad. After our stay we recommended this house to our friends and they stayed in April. Looking forward to coming to stay in the future!
