Relax and unwind in your own private, resort style, heated pool with a large, completely fenced in backyard, which allows for young children to play in the yard while adults relax in the lanai, on the patio, or in the pool! The pool is fenced separately from the yard with a latched gate so adults can feel even more at ease.
Enjoy the privacy, lush tropical landscape and huge palm trees that tower over the yard and pool area, as well as a variety of birds that frequent the property from the nature preserve across the street.
This open concept home feels like Old Florida Living with tasteful updates. It's truly a little slice of paradise- tucked away and quiet, yet close to everything!
There is a master ensuite and a full bathroom.
Plush towels, beach towels, and toiletries provided.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. A large counter top, stainless steel appliances, crockpot, spices, and a griddle for cooking breakfast for the whole family.
There is propane grill on the patio if you prefer to cook outdoors and enjoy the warm Florida weather.
In order to make traveling with kids easier, we've also included a highchair, Pack 'n Play, baby monitor, kids utensils, and dishes.
There's a washer and dryer on-site with complimentary laundry detergent.

It is located just off of McGregor Blvd in South Fort Myers, is only 9 miles from Sanibel Island, and 6 miles from Fort Myers beach!
It is just 9 miles to downtown Fort Myers and 14 miles to SWFL International Airport.
Shopping is very close by, with Publix and Target a short 5 minute drive away, and Costco a 10 minute drive away.
There is plenty of room for parking on the driveway.

Our three kids love this house because of the pool! The heated, private pool makes you feel like you're in your own private escape from the world. The yard is an added bonus that many Florida houses don't have.

About the owner: I love all things real estate and decorating so owning a vacation rental has been so fun for me!
My husband and I have managed rental properties for over 15 years.
We love spending the winter down in Florida visiting relatives.
We are excited for our friends, family and guests to make memories at our vacation home!
Why this property? We recently purchased this house because we loved spending time in Florida and have relatives down there.
We also like to be able to spend time at our vacation home to escape the cold winters!
We think we really found a hidden gem! Everyone that visits the home falls in love with it! It's close to everything, yet tucked away and quiet.

This home has everything you could want! There are many different sitting areas and the backyard pool area is private and like paradise. Comfortable furniture and many amenities were a treat. We enjoyed the outdoor lights, corn hole game and floaties for the pool. Communication was excellent and guidelines were easy to follow. We hope to stay again!
