Our condo is newly remodeled with a beautiful kitchen and bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything for all of your cooking needs. All new vinyl flooring throughout makes for a very warm and inviting environment for your comfort. The bedrooms boast their own personal style and decor. The blue room has a walk in closet and through the sliding glass doors is a newly renovated screened lanai with a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The yellow room is more spacious and has a double closet and an adjustable bed frame. All bedrooms have a smart TV for your viewing entertainment and have Puffy Cloud mattresses for sleeping comfort. The living room has a large screen smart TV and a queen size sleeper sofa. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Soo lastly there are two rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy and relax in.

We were searching for a good and reasonably priced place to stay in Ft. Myers after the hurricane to be able to spend time with my mother who lives in assisted living there. Monica was so prompt to respond to my request and we corresponded several times. She was gracious to answer all my questions and had a booklet in the condo with great directions for all you would need while there. Her place was so neatly decorated and had a nicely stocked kitchen with all the aids you need. My husband and daughter both appreciated the shower as it is a walk-in and both have handicap issues. We also appreciated it was located on the first floor, just a few steps from where we parked our vehicle. The condo was in a very quiet area, yet close to the things that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and that is always an important feature, I even tried to find the same type pillows she used when I returned home!

The rental unit beautiful and the landlords were great and very helpful.The main bedroom good size, lots of closet space. There was even a small office space with a printer which I used daily.
