About the owner: We live in Wisconsin, but love to escape to our condo in Gulf Harbour whenever time permits. Our children are now adults, but we have enjoyed wonderful family vacation times at the nearby beaches, the Gulf Harbour pools, the beautiful golf course, and of course the restaurants! During our summers in Wisconsin, we love to go boating on the Great Lakes.
Why this property? Of course we are biased, but we feel that the entire Gulf Harbour community is lovely. The neighborhoods, the Clubhouse at the water's edge, fitness center, tennis courts, golf course, friendly people; what's not to love?
Also, it has the only full-sized marina in the area, which we appreciate as boaters. Plus, it's fun to walk along the docks and admire the beautiful boats!

Gulf Harbour is a lovely place to stay. The condo offered all the conveniences you’d expect in a high quality residence and is fully equipped with everything you need. A short walk to the beautiful pool/hot tub area along with walking paths throughout the neighborhood complimented the unit that overlooks the well-manicured golf course. Plenty of room and lots of amenities - we had a great time!

This is a great condo situated in a quiet location. Easy access to stores, restaurants and beaches. Within minutes you’re on your way to Sanibel and Captiva islands. Situated on a private golf course in Gulf Harbor, you’ll have a beautiful view of the the palm tree lined course while relaxing on the lanai. All your daily needs are right here in the home. A heated private swimming pool is within minutes walking distance. This is a beautifully landscaped community you’ll want to visit again and again!

Great place with everything you need. If not shopping and dining conveniently near the unit. Beaches also very close. Owner will provide you with great info for the area. I didn’t get to spend much time in the condo due to my work schedule but when I did it was nice relaxing on the lanai that overlooked the golf course and just the overall quiet time it provided.

Kyle W.Wonderful 2 bedroom condo in a prime location
My wife and I were extremely pleased with what we got for the money. The condo was even better than anticipated. 2 nice size bedrooms and den, fully stocked kitchen to make meals at home when you wanted and the location on the 5th hole of the Gulf Harbour Golf Club was great. We enjoyed eating out on the Lanai and watching the golfers hit approach shots onto the green in front of us. Another nice feature is the ability to use the owners sports membership (for a fee) to gain access to the beautiful health club, tennis courts, pools, restaurants and the golf course for at least a couple rounds in high season. The Gulf Harbour grounds are expansive and beautiful. We went for many walks and even used the owners 2 bikes to go for a ride around the neighborhoods. 15 minutes to beaches, 20 minutes to Sanibel, 25 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, just a perfectly located and comfortable place to call home for awhile.
