We are located adjacent to The Marriott Resort and Spa which features numerous restaurants and the 40,000 square foot recently renovated spa offering a range of beauty care services and pampering to no end. The marina offers boat and other watercraft rentals (kayaks, waverunners, paddle boards...), a fishing pier and a luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site.
As a rental guest of the Sanibel Harbour Resort condo, allows you the option to purchase a Marriott Guest Pass to enjoy the Fitness Center, Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts, Fees apply & subject to blackout dates ).
The condo was recently fully renovated including new tile flooring, granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, new bathrooms, new living room furniture, mattresses...
The kitchen with new appliances, new washer/dryer, new cabinets and new granite countertop is well equipped in long term guests in mind. New washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.
The unit contains all the amenities of a home including high speed wireless access (no charge).
The master bedroom (with king size bed and television) overlooks the San Carlos Bay and leads to the front west-facing lanai. En-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and large walk-in shower with bar grabs.

We were so happy to find this home away from home. The owner and his wife couldn’t have been nicer and easier to work with! It is one of the condominium towers in the Marriot Sanibel resort. The location was beautiful and there is a nice pool and private beach area that was never crowded. My son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach so it will always be a special place for our family! The resort is just before the causeway that goes over to Sanibel Island which was ideal because we could easily go into Ft Myers and still go over to the island! There is a toll to cross the causeway so we didn’t have to pay it each time we left because we didn’t have to use the causeway! Thee condo was clean and well stocked. Basic spices and most all dishes you would need including some Tupperware for storing leftovers! There were started cleaning supplies as well. There wasn’t a bar soap but we always have little sample ones I bring. There was soft soap at all the sinks. There was an iron which was helpful. In the second bedroom closet were some beach chairs and blowups but the resort has nice chairs on the beach we used. There were TVs in each room with lots of channel options! There were cards and some books and crossword puzzle books to use. The owner uses it as a second home and he lives close if there are any problems. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious! There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, blender, George Forman grill, toaster, Mr Coffee coffee maker, coffee grinder, vacuum, cleaning supplies, baggies, foil, and some items you don’t always find in a rental but came in very handy! My son got roses for his girlfriend and we even found a big vase to put them in while we were here under the sink! You don’t have access to all the Marriott resort but there are several restaurants on site you can go to. You literally would not need to leave if you didn’t want to! The area has many beautiful beaches especially on the island. There was a local putt putt, some water parks, shell museum, nature preserve and lots of things we old have loved to have if our kids were still younger! Shelling is big here but I unfortunately didn’t get to really do it although I found a few in our beach! Our son was coaching at a baseball tournament so we didn’t have time to enjoy all the area offered! The condo was so much more affordable than even staying at the hotel in the Marriot! . We hope to return here in the future! I definitely recommend this rental!

This condo had a fantastic view of the gulf between the mainland and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva! The condo was convenient to attractions and shopping. It was fully equipped and impeccably clean and comfortable. I will visit again!

Great stay. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Views are incredible. Beach was very relaxing and not crowded. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants. And treated ourselves to a spa treatment at the Marriott next door. Will definitely be back

"Yes the panaromic view over the water outwards the Sanibel Island bridge is spectacular from this 10th floor condo and terrace. I always stress that guests plan at least one evening to take in the sunset Lucky to be on the beach & next door to the Marriott. We always make a point to making a reservation at the Courtside Restaurant or the Tarpoon. And Biminis has now become one of our favourite for drinks and dinner - great views & atmosphere. All walking distance Look forward to welcoming you back again"
