There are plenty of places to go. You can go to the Bell Tower Mall which has outdoor shoping , several RESTAURANTS and a movie theatre with 12 MOVIES showing.
When You go onto main Road 41 which is about 15 min You will see all the big RESTAURANT and BIG STORES
and SPECIALTY OUTLET shops that are wonderful just to even look
There are also a variety of RELIGIONS here as well.
There is even a Walgreens pharmacy open 24 hours just around the corner.
The HOSPITAL is about 15 min away and called Healthpark
There are the most common beaches closed by our townhouse Ft.My.BEACH is about 10 min
Captiva Island 15 min.

About the owner: In January 1985 we were visiting friends in Ft. Myers and while I was boating, my wife found this townhouse while it was being built. We purchased it for our retirement, as I was still working. It has served us well over the years. Now being widowed I have moved to smaller quarters. This townhouse was fully renovated as of November 2023.

Roomy townhouse with large TV's. Fully equipped kitchen; It has everything you need, including a bar. Good sized rooms with a patio and a yard, lounge chairs, table & grill. It was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I would definate stay here again. We had a great time.
