Enjoy this nicely furnished 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condo with a balcony/lanai overlooking the pool! It is located within walking distance to the wonderful public golf course "Fort Myers Country Club"... which is so close you can even see from the property.
The condo has about 950 square feet and is nicely furnished with Bahamas Style furniture and decor. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living/dining area with a western exposure...overlooking the pool!
We renovated parts of the interior including all new carpet (Stainmaster brand carpet), new and open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oversized Kitchen Aid refrigerator w/ freezer and ice maker, granite countertops and new flooring. Bathrooms have new vanities, and the entire condo has new interior doors as well.

The Historic Down Town of Fort Myers, the famous Edison and Ford Winter Estates, several shopping malls, and a great variety of restaurants are close by. The up and coming Fort Myers district is just 2 miles away! Don't forget the wonderful public Fort Myers Country Club is across the street!!
The distance to Fort Myers beach is only about 13 miles away, and the world famous Sanibel Beaches are just as easy to reach as well. There are also many other fantastic parks located within 30 minutes away!
The condo is fully furnished, including 3 flat screen TVs and HD reception. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, toaster, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, and updated appliances!
There is also a laundry room in the complex that's easy for you to use ($1.50 pay per use). You have your own dedicated parking spot (visible from condo), and there is additional guest parking as well.
The condo is on the 2nd floor; which, gives you more privacy and a beautifully view overlooking the pool and pool deck.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described. It felt very homey and had everything that we could have needed. The balcony overlooks the pool, which was one of our favorite parts of staying there. The pool typically wasn’t busy while we were there so we had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time. The neighbors are great, and most of them are very friendly. The neighborhood was great and close to everything. The host was wonderful, extremely helpful, very responsive and friendly. I didn’t have any issues while we were there but any questions that I had, I received a prompt reply. I would absolutely stay here again, as this condo would be my first choice if I were looking for a rental again in the future.

Had a great time in Fort Myers. The weather was beautiful and the condo was perfect. It had everything we could possibly need. The owner, Jay, was awesome. He met us with the keys on the day we arrived and answered any questions we had even throughout our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better, more relaxing trip. Would definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful time in Fort Myers at the condo. The owner, Jay, was so helpful and welcoming. He spoke to us before reserving to answer our questions and we could text or call him during the trip, when we had a question. Very responsive. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Dishes, towels, washcloths, chairs for the beach, and more. The pool was heated and lovely. Most of the time I was the only one in the pool. Condo is close to beach, downtown, outlets, restaurants. We felt very comfortable here and hope to come back again.

We moved to Florida right in the middle of the COVID pandemic. This is a permanent move and we needed a place to rent while we looked for a permanent home. Finding a furnished place is difficult, but Jay saved the day. This apartment worked great for us. Great central location, comfortable accommodations with a great view of the pool. The apartment is nicely furnished, clean and fully stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The pool is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed it during our stay. If you need a place to stay, you can’t go wrong here.

This was our 1st time in the Fort Myers area. We were booked for the month of March but our holiday was cut short due to the Corona virus. The couple of weeks we spent here was very relaxing. Our condo was lovely, decorated very nice. We so enjoyed sitting on the Lanai for our meals especially in the eve with the warmth of the sun. The pool area was very quiet and the pool water was so warm. We visited the Edison Estates which was very enjoyable, Sanibel and Captiva island was beautiful as well as the Fort Myers beaches Thank you Jay for the use of your condo and for being there when we arrived. We appreciated the info you gave us re the area and the name of your dentist in case I needed one. I finished my course of antibiotics and so far so good re my tooth

My husband and I stayed for a month in this lovely, clean, spacious, newly renovated, well equipped condo. Great location, close to everything. Very comfortable king size bed with new mattress. Jay, the owner, was very helpful with local information about stores and restaurants. He was easily accessible for any concerns. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

The condo is very clean and spacious,brand new king size bed in master with new appliances in kitchen.My favorite part of the day was coffee on the lanai overlooking the beautiful pool and can see the golf course down the the evening after a day either at one of the many beaches that are within a half hour drive as well as cape coral you can watch as the sun goes down and lights the sky in shades of oranges and pinks,also sitting on the lanai you can watch the moon all night dance across the sky as the gentle wind blows the palms.We would like to thank Jay and his family for such a place to transition into our new florida life. Convenient location and easy access to downtown and all the attractions that Fort Myers has to offer. Excellent access to Cape Coral and approximately 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. As for the Condo complex and unit our initial arrival resulted in some issues that the Landlord Jay graciously resolved to our satisfaction immediately. Great view from the Lanai overlooking the beautiful pool where we spent a lot of time. Kitchen has new appliances and is well supplied for those who want to cook. Exceptionally comfortable brand new King size mattress in master bedroom. Lots of closet space. We enjoyed our two month stay as first time renters at this location. Thanks very much Jay.

Our family rented this unit for just under two weeks. The unit is recently remodeled with new furnishings in every room. The landlord Jay did a beautiful job. We had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable stay. Location is very central, 2 minute drive to the historic district and a short driver to all the beaches. Jay is very attentive to the unit. Good place for couples or small families. Nice to have the fully equipped kitchen, we bought local seafood and ate a few meals in, dining on the lanai. Pool area is also very nice and never crowded. Also, if you are a golfer, Fort Myers Golf Club is right next door. Good course, reasonable greens fees and was recently renovated. Highly recommend this rental.

The owners had a make over for the unit which gave it a fresh feel to it. It is in a very convenient location and not far from the Edison/Ford Estate which everyone should go to.
