At the village center you will find a 4,000 sq. ft. fully equipped fitness center with brand new cardio equipment, free weights, and a Pilates/Aerobics studio. The community center also includes a Movie Theater, an Ice Cream Parlor, an Internet Café and Coffee Shop, a Pub and Bistro, as well as a Luxurious Spa.

NOTE that Paseo requires each guest over the age of 18 to pass a background check and a simple short term lease contract. The cost is $100 covering all guests over 18. All applicants over the age of 18 can be included on a single application. The HOA has a 30 day turnaround time for background checks and HOA board approval. Background checks must be in place prior to rental start date. Be sure to allow for at least 30 days lead time in your planning timeline to get background check completed and HOA board approval.

Also note that in season (November through April) this unit rents from 1st of the month through the end of the month. For the remainder of the year, rental periods may start mid month but must be at least 30 days, per Paseo guidelines.
