This condo is peaceful and we love enjoying our morning coffee out on the Lanai and enjoying the community heated pool and spa. There are 4 community BBQ grills near the pool. Planet Fitness Gym less than a mile from the unit, Health Park Medical Center Center is 7 minutes away.

Awesome restaurants near the condo and Super Target Store is a short walking distance. The bridge to Sanibel Island/Captiva is 4.5 miles, the bridge to Ft Myers Beach is only 5 miles. To the East it is only 20 minute drive to downtown Ft Myers including the Edison and Henry Ford vacation Homes and Museum. Nearby enjoy the Spring Training for the Twins and Red Sox.

You will be provided our direct cell phone number and there is no rental management companies to deal with- we are happy to answer all of your questions. The condo will be cleaned and sanitized before you move in. Additionally cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge if requested.
