The Space

The condo comes fully furnished and stocked with the everyday necessities, so you can arrive, unpack and start enjoying the Florida sunshine.

The open living and dining area provides plenty of room to relax or entertain and flows into the spacious remodeled kitchen featuring granite countertops, Whirlpool appliances, roll-out cabinetry, a large pantry, breakfast bar, stainless steel sink and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dedicated coffee bar makes mornings easy, while the separate laundry and storage room adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Both bedrooms offer an ensuite-style setup for added privacy. The spacious primary suite features a large walk-in closet, private bathroom with walk-in shower and sliding-door access to the rear screened lanai. The guest bedroom also features a generous walk-in closet and direct access to the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

One of our favorite features is the home's two screened outdoor living spaces. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front screened patio or unwind on the peaceful rear screened lanai overlooking the water. It's the perfect spot for reading, relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida weather.

Community Amenities

Summerlin Trace is a quiet and welcoming community with beautifully maintained grounds. Just a short walk from the condo, you'll find the large heated community pool, complete with restrooms and an outdoor shower. Spend an afternoon floating, lounging poolside or soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Guests also have access to tennis and pickleball, giving you plenty of ways to stay active without leaving the community.

Please note that bookings with check-in dates within 15 days cannot be accepted, as the homeowners association requires an application and approval process that typically takes 10–15 days. Please make sure your requested arrival date is at least 15 days from the date of booking. Additional HOA application details will be provided after your reservation.

A Few Tips Worth Knowing:

- Don't overlook Lakes Park just because it's across the street! Beyond the walking and biking paths, there are beautiful gardens, lakes, seasonal events and even a miniature train. During season, there's also a farmers market—perfect for a morning walk and something you may not discover on a typical Fort Myers vacation.

- For a quieter sunset, try Bunche Beach. San Carlos Bay - Bunche Beach Preserve near the Sanibel Causeway has more of an untouched "Old Florida" feel than a traditional tourist beach. It's especially nice for sunset walks, birdwatching, kayaking and paddleboarding.

- Beach parking trick: During busy season, you don't necessarily have to fight traffic and parking all the way onto Fort Myers Beach. There's off-island parking at 11101 Summerlin Square Drive with trolley service to Fort Myers Beach about every 30 minutes—a great option on especially busy beach days.

- Visit Six Mile Cypress Slough at least once. Six Mile Cypress Slough Interpretive Center has an elevated boardwalk through the wetlands where you may spot alligators, turtles, otters and plenty of birds. Admission is included with inexpensive parking, and guided nature walks are offered during the year. Go early during winter season—parking can fill up, especially December through April.

- Heading to Sanibel? Make it a shelling morning. Bowman’s Beach is one of the area's favorite spots for finding shells. Get there early, enjoy the quieter morning beach, and don't forget the beach gear we've provided for you!

- Our biggest tip: Don't feel like you have to do everything at once. One of the best parts of an extended stay in Fort Myers is having time to explore beyond the tourist spots, find your favorite beach, discover a neighborhood restaurant and start feeling a little more like a local.
