Unique Benefits
I fell in love with the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa in the mid nineties while looking to purchase a bay-front property. I became awed even before reaching the Bayview Tower, while slowly approaching it along the curving 1/4 mile private entrance road. The beautiful natural environs coupled with the trees and plantings on wither side made me feel like I was driving through paradise!
That feeling was only enhanced when I looked at #833, which was for sale. Upon entering, and seeing the panoramic view of the bay and its preserve islands right before my eyes, the deal was done! It was the old "puppy dog close" and the next day saw me sitting down with the real estate agent signing purchase papers! Needless to say I never regretted that decision and to this day get a feeling of nirvana anytime we enter our second home. Blessed indeed!
Why Kids Love It
Swimming in our heated pool and playing on the white sandy beach.

About the host: Just a college drop-out from the great state of Michigan that longed to start life anew and pursue the American Dream. Which, with hard work and God's blessings and grace I feel I have, to some extent, achieved.
After many years of "snow-birding" we chose to retire to Florida and now live in a single family home not far from our beloved second home.
Why this property? It comprised one of the most beautiful, serene, natural environments I could ever have hoped to find without driving miles away from civilization and the amenities and infrastructure prescribed by developed urban settings.

Great getaway from the hustle and bustle.
Quiet and peaceful. Located just before causeway to Sanibel and Captiva. Small beach area but large pool. Great to sit on balcony and watch boat traffic and dolphins. Host friendly, helpful and responsive.

Thank you for taking the time to review our place, Linda. Sorry they were still working on replenishing the beach sand at the time of your visit; work progresses nicely and all will be finished by the end of this month (November). Again, thank you. Henry
Perfect beach condo
We had a great experience staying at our condo at Sanibel Harbour resort. The condo had all the we wanted and needed for our week. Henry even had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. The views were spectacular with us being able to see dolphin and manatee both. The private beach and pool were also clean and awesome. We ended up at the condo the week Helene hit. We lost power but about 5 hours in, Henry was at our door with lanterns and plastic for the outdoor furniture. He offered us lots of information about the area. During our stay while the weather was not intense at the time, we went out to dinner and when we came back the road was flooded and closed. Henry and his lovely wife put us up in their spare room until the next morning. They went above and beyond for us!
