Payments to be made as follows.
Refundable damage deposit of $1000 rent due at time of rental agreement, 60 days prior to rental date full payment is due, this does not include the damage deposit you’re already paid.
Cancellation fee as follows
If cancellation occurs less than 80 days prior to rental period a 50 percent fee will be imposed. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of rental period the full rental fee will be charged
Full refund of deposit will be make 90 days prior to rental period.

Non-Refundable $200 Application Fee due upon receipt of application and signed rental agreement.

All sums received except for the non-refundable Application Fee and non-refundable Cleaning Fee will be refunded if cancelled in writing at least 90 days before lease term start
50% of all sums received except for the non-refundable Application Fee and non -refundable Cleaning Fee will be refunded if cancelled at least 60 days and less than 90 days before lease term starts.
If the unit is rebooked after cancellation for the same period of time for no less than the same monthly rental, 100% of all sums received except for the non-refundable Application Fee and Cleaning Fee will be refunded.

About the host
: We have been visiting Fort Myers for over 40 years when my mom moved here from Minneasota. We loved the area so we purchased this condo in 2003 to use as a vacation home.
We are the original owners of this condo bought brand new and keep it clean and updated. We live in the Lake Tahoe Area and love to visit November and part of December and then come back April-May. but things are changing a bit and we are more flexible about our time spent here.
We have been renting to snowbirds for January -March and have had regular renters all these years until now. So we hope to find a retired couple who will do the same in the next coming years.
