No refunds will be issued for cancellation, early departure, late arrival, illness, travel delays, or weather-related events. This property is offered primarily as a seasonal rental. Monthly stays are offered from October through April. Daily rates are used for prorating partial-month stays only.

The Lanai closet is reserved for owner storage and is not accessible to guests
*MINIMUM STAY AND BOOKING PRIORITY
This property is offered primarily as a monthly rental. The minimum stay is one (1) month, except where partial-month stays are used solely to prorate arrival or departure dates associated with a monthly or multi-month reservation.
During peak season (October through April), multi-month reservations are given booking priority over single-month reservations.

Pets are NOT permitted. Legally recognized service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
*BACKGROUND CHECK FEE
A $50 background check fee is required per adult (each occupant age 18 or older).

We had a wonderful stay at Estelle’s condo and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The space is beautifully designed with modern décor that feels both stylish and comfortable. Everything was spotless—one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in—which made it even more enjoyable.The condo is very spacious, with three bedrooms that provided plenty of room for everyone. The high-end furniture added a touch of luxury, and the large TV in the family room was perfect for relaxing after a long day.Estelle was also incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and that everything went smoothly.Overall, a fantastic stay—we would absolutely come back again.
