Heritage Pointe has a wonderful clubhouse where there are many scheduled activities, heated resort style pool, hot tub and large deck for sunning, a fitness center, billiards, business/library center, community room, an onsite manager and a lake front walking/jogging path. ***Pets are not authorized.***

About the owner: Thank you for your interest in my condo! After a quick trip to Fort Myers in April 2019, I fell in love with the area and decided to purchase a condo to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year. I am looking for renters who will take care of and respect my condo as if it is their own. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
Why this property? Heritage Pointe condo community is a quiet and well kept community perfect for families or couples. The location is great as it is just about 10 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I love the gated community, friendly and welcoming neighbors, refreshing pool, path around the lake and the central location to so many exciting things in Fort Myers. The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins hold their spring training close by.

My stay lasted 7.5 months. It was initially booked for only 3 months but I decided to extend it. The location is perfect with quick access the both Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach. The unit is quiet, sunny and faces a pond with the soft relaxing sound of two fountains. I encountered numerous birds, iguanas, turtles and the occasional friendly face of passers by on my morning walks around the pond. I took advantage of the common area which has a fantastic book selection. The kitchen was very well stocked, the unit was clean and quiet. The unit owner was extremely accommodating and responsive - she was the perfect landlord. This is a small and friendly community. I made numerous friends and if you visit, please say hi to Lino for me.

Very spacious condo (especially the kitchen and master bathroom) with a beautiful view. Kitchen was far more equipped than I expected. Lots of closet space. Host was very kind and responsive to any communication. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Prime location allowed for quick travel to anywhere in the Fort Myers area without the hassle of over burdened traffic, which sets this place above the competition. It also has a nice heated pool and hot tub in the community. Thanks again!

We – a group of three golfers from Europe - rented the condo in November – December 2019. We were pleasantly surprised both by the owner's helpfulness and the quality of the accommodation. The condo itself is perfectly equipped with everything a tenant needs for his/her holiday. We liked both the clean community pool, the outdoor grills and the club offering a gym, billiard and a library. Also the price-quality ratio was very favourable. The community is situated quite close to the beach, there are two supermarkets within 5 minutes’ reach and lots of golf courses in the surroundings. We were really excited and recommend the stay in Emily's condo to everybody.
