Area Information

Venetian Palms is located right off of the Tamiami Trail just south of College Parkway.
The streets are lined with palm trees and there several small ponds on the property. It is maintained very well and kept very clean. there are tennis/Pickleball courts on the property as well as a sand volleyball court, Horse-shoe pits, grilling sites. There are two swimming pools a smaller on on the west end and a larger one closer to the unit with a community center, hot tub, sauna, and work out room.

The Southwest Florida International airport is about 15 minutes do east of the community
And beautiful downtown Fort Myers with lots of wonderful restaurants in the marina are just 15 minutes south of our little village

Bahama breeze is just five minutes from the condo and a wonderful place to eat outdoors and enjoy a huge menu and delicious food
Matanzas on the Bay is a nice locals hangout with live music most days is on Ft Myers Beach along with many other wonderful restaurants and clubs
Duffys Sports Bar with lots of big screen tvs is just down the road. The food is delicious and the drink specials are awesome!
Doc Fords & The Mucky Duck restaurants on Sanibel island are about 20 minutes away over the beautiful Sanibel Causeway
