Great Community in Iona/McGregor Area - Close to beaches - Poolside Townhome

Property description was spot on. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided at this very nice Condo. Clean and very well maintained. Great location! Super close to beaches, grocery, drug stores, banks, and restaurants. So handy!! Many of the areas Beaches are beginning to RE-opening after Hurricane Ian. Submitted 3/7/23

We've been coming to the gulf coast for over 15 years. We stayed here as we hunted for a home in the Ft. Myers area (not anticipating Ian).The condo feels more spacious than its 1400 square feet. We had plenty of room to spread out. Jodie keeps the place beautiful by her description of how to care for the furnishings and appliances.The condo is nicely appointed with quality pieces. It is meticulously clean.We didn't get to explore the neighborhood as much as we'd like, however we used the next-door pool to relax.We would be thrilled to return and hope the neighborhood has not been too badly affected by the hurricane.

This property was wonderful!
Very clean and comfortable! Jodie was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked which was a plus as I like to cook. King size bed is very comfortable. Being right next to the pool was also a plus! And the neighbors and other guests we met at the pool were also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was VERY nice. Clean, cozy and everything needed for our stay was available. The pool was right outside our door and it was very clean too (even decorated for Christmas with a big tree and lights). We felt very safe in this area and the neighbors were very friendly too. Spoke to the owners Ron and Jodie vis email and phone before and during our stay. They left us a welcome note and even drinks in the fridge! They were available if questions came up. All was as described in the VRBO post and God even provided excellent sunny, warm weather for our wonderful week in Ft Myers!

The appartement is spacy, it houses easily 3 adults. A big plus is the garden, where you can enjoy the sun or use the BBQ. At night it's nice and quiet, and the beds are great. We really loved out stay. The owner is very helpful and responses quickly to any questions you might have.

All in all an excellent experience and a great stay in Fort Myers

This townhouse is perfect as a home-away-from-home. The property is extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. All of the furnishings and decor make you feel welcome and right at home. There is a private, quiet patio that is perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Supplies for a day at the beach were available (and taken advantage of!). The location of this home is well suited for trips to a beach, local shopping and dining. Watching the sun rise and set from the easily accessible river pier made for perfect picture opportunities. All in all - an amazing vacation home!

Not only was this property clean, well stocked/equipped, and cozy, but it was also located right across from the gate to the pool, which we used a lot. Everyone at the pool was super friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is located within walking distance from many shops and restaurants, as well as Planet fitness! Just a beautiful area close to the river and beaches. We will definitely be back next year.

Great two-bedroom accommodations
We loved our stay- the owner put a lot of effort into making the townhouse comfortable- great beds! Lovely neighborhood to walk around in, warm pool literally outside the door, and stores within minutes. Overall, an excellent property!

Super clean and easily accessible
This condo, while not on the water is a great location, easily accessible and convenient to beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The unit is literally steps from the pool which was very nice. The condo is very clean and well kept. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.

Lovely Peppertree Pointe Townhouse.
This townhouse was in a great location in Peppertree Pointe on a quiet street with little traffic and was 25 steps from the front door to a nice, warm pool with many chairs and umbrella tables. There was a nice walking path around ponds and the Marina with a sand beach was about a half mile away. The townhouse itself was well furnished with kitchenware and linens. There was lots of storage space as well. It was very spacious and bright and I liked that the 2 bedrooms were upstairs. I spent lots of time in the sunroom and nice private large patio. The owners were great in promptly responding to any concerns that might arise. I would highly recommend this property to rent.

Pretty Much All We Asked For!
Nice condo, very, very close to our original search area. Spacious and comfortable for my wife and I and her sister who joined us for 11 days. Master and guest room were great, kitchen and baths were very functional and served us well. We bought a small portable propane BBQ for $30 at Lowes that was adequate. The patio/deck area was charming and a pleasure to relax on. The pool is right next door and we met many nice residents there who invited us out for a neighborhood happy hour. We even met a couple who live 5 minutes from us back here in Canada and have become friends. If you are trying to find fault (and we aren't) the kitchen and 2 baths are a bit dated and perhaps the unit could use some paint inside. Didn't bother us at all; we were there mostly evenings and a few meals. Parking right at the door. Close to beaches, Sanibel, 1/2 hr. to Naples, a little over an hour to Alligator Alley. I would highly recommend this unit and Ron and Jody who were a delight to work with. I sincerely hope to rent again in the future.

Nice location Spacious condo
The condo was close to restaurants and stores and easy access to everything. Well furnished comfortable and large and very clean. It was 50 feet from the pool that made it nice and parking right out the door. A great experience.

Family Christmas vacation
Very nice home two bedrooms 2 bath big kitchen and living room to sit an visit. close to all locations we wanted to see 6 miles from fort Meyers beach , Sanibel island. Yes I would recommend this home and the owners are very responsive to your needs.

Visiting Ft. Myers
Our first visit to Ft. Myers was, upon arrival to the townhouse, wonderful! After a long drive, we found the house very clean, comfortable and cozy. Better than we expected. Pool was right outside our door which we used regularly. Location was great to beach and downtown. Ron and Jodie were wonderful to deal with. Lovely townhouse in a quiet secluded part of Ft Myers
Great neighborhood. Extremely friendly neighbors always invited to functions. Parties and activities are plentiful. Swim activities, water aerobics, pickle ball to name a few are almost daily activities. The weather is magnificent sunny every day.
