Kelly Greens offers an optional 'Full Membership Transfer Fee' of $400 (new price 1/1/2021) (includes Golf & use of all Facilities/Restaurant*Bar-Grill*Snack Bar/Fitness Center). This is an optional one-time fee for a 30 to 90 day reservation (1-3 months). *Kelly Greens also offers an optional 'Dining Only' Transfer Fee for $150 (new price 1/1/2021) during the entire length of your reservation. These prices are set and managed by Kelly Greens. Golf Transfer is for this unit is available June 1st to October 15 of each year. When playing Golf, Greens Fees are additional & include a Golf Cart and a warm-up bucket of range balls prior to round. Or, if you know folks that are members they might just invite you to golf this amazing course!

There is a bike shop in the Publix Plaza that rents bikes. There are also several rental companies search "rental bikes" within a few miles of Kelly Greens.

Bunche Beach is very close; ride your bike and some people walk too. It is a nature preserve, very quiet. No commercial on it. You can rent kayaks and paddleboards there.

Why this property? Unit has just gone through a renovation in 2021. Boho Beach Decor, really is clean and nice.
New floors, new lighting, crown molding, new furniture in 2021. The tenants have taken nice care of furnishings.
Larger lanai than other units. Lanai is on cormer and has a great view of water and golf hole #1 (they are too far from you and can not see through your lanai screen so you have privacy).
Elevator is just outside your front door; but it is not noisy.

Yes, it is a covered parking space. There is also extra parking available.
What floor is this on?
Top floor corner so the lanai is bigger. The view of the water and the quiet are wonderful. The elevator is 2 steps outside the door (no, you can not hear it from the unit.) Your parking spot is close to the unit
Can I golf for free and is it included in my rent?
So sorry. However, some months (June through October 1) the owner may allow you to transfer their membership (for a fee) and use it. Otherwise, golf with your friends.
Is this a gated community?
Yes. Plus, Iona is one of the safest neighborhoods in southwest Florida.
Are linens included?
Bed linens and towels are included. If you want something special, Target is close by.
Does the fridge have an ice maker?
Yes.
Is there a King Bed in the master bedroom?
