All furnishings in this ground floor unit are all top grade and only one year old. Leather couch has two power recliners and leather reclining char has one manual recliner. We furnished it for our own use with it being only occasionally rented out.
Three TVs all new and wifi as well as media boxes to watch you favorite movies and tv programs.
Brand new Fridge with filtered water dispenser and ice cube maker, Brand new stove with Air Fryer mode, Brand new over range micro wave, Brand New in unit washer and dryer as well as new dishwasher. Brand new A/C and water heater.
Lovely Lanai with with new shade and new wooden flooring with two rockers and table to sit back and enjoy the view.
The Residence complex is across from Edison Shopping Mall. Walk to the mall to do some shopping or walk to the many restaurants in the area. Downtown Fort Myers is only a short 15 minute drive. Always something happening there and loads of great places to eat.
Gorgeous beaches are also near by. within 15-30 minute drive you will come across wonderful Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island./ So much to see and so much to do!!!!

Why this property? Fabulous Well maintained and beautifully landscaped grounds. Filled with very nice and friendly people. Complex was built in 2005 and the unit has been upgraded and renovated recently, Close to shipping, restaurants, entertainment and beaches
