When you enter our home, you are greeted by an elegant Dining Room by Henredon with a large, beautiful table 10 chairs perfect for a large or small get together.
Moving into the kitchen you see our open floor plan which looks through the living room out to our beautiful lake with the large fountain. The kitchen has everything you should need: dishes, Tervis Tumblers, Wine Glasses, silverware, pot and pans, Vitamix Blender, Air Fryer, Rice Cooker, Pressure cooker, Microwave with Convection oven, Coffee Bean Grinder and Coffee Maker with filters, Waffle Maker, and much more.
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with new premium high-quality, soft sheets & bed warmer for your comfort.
The master Bath has new luxurious towels for your bathing pleasure.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and new premium high-quality, soft sheets & bed warmer for your comfort.
The guest Bath also has new luxurious towels for your bathing pleasure.
The living room is outfitted with leather couch with electric recliners on each end and a leather recliner/ rocker. A large Sony 77" Ho Definition flat screen is for your viewing pleasure.
A small office with computer, internet and dual monitors is available for your use.
If you want to hit the pool or beaches, we furnish quality beach towels and chairs for 4 people plus 2 umbrellas and small coolers.
Living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote control.
A comfortable swing that holds 3 people overlooking the lake and huge lighted fountain. The lake view is outstanding. You can eat out by the lake everyday if you so desire.
Unique Benefits
There is nothing like seeing the sun every day with the palm trees against the clear blue sky in the background. Nothing like that. It's very special. Swing on our porch swing out by the lake looking at the large, illuminated fountain every day. It is one of the best things to do here. The Sunsets are incredible.

About the owner: Our names are Mike & Monica Tissier. I have lived in Fort Myers since 1991 and my wife Monica has lived here since 2003. We have lived in this home full time since 2006. We recently retired and decided to rent our home for the season here and travel to visit our grandkids. It is a beautiful home in the very best location in Southwest Florida, close to everything. I grew up in the Midwest where there are no palm trees, so SW Florida is a special place. Since living here, I have always wished that I had moved here much earlier. There is something to be said about seeing the sun every day.
Why this property? We have maintained our home meticulously since we have owned it and feel that it is one of the best seasonal rental values in all of Southwest Florida. Some of the extra amenities are:

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reserve my time there?
To reserve call or email me with the following information:
1. Names of who will be in our home?
2. Home address, City, State, Zip
3. Phone numbers and email addresses
4. The dates you want to come.
5. Person to contact in case of emergency.
I will then put all of your information in the agreement, sign it and send you back a copy. Once you receive the signed copy you send me payment for the Advance Payment (50% of Total Due). And you're all set.
Will there be instructions for us when we get there?
We will have detailed instructions in printed format to answer most of your questions. You can email me a request of your questions a few weeks before you come and I will answer them.
Will you allow more than 4 people there.
We know that you will probably have guests, children and grandchildren and that's ok. We have beds that will sleep 5 or 6 but we also have air mattresses with sheets and blankets for your use that will sleep a few more. Let us know what you want, and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
