Beautiful Townhouse--

Great location on quiet street, but easy access to beaches and islands. Grocery, restaurants and close by. Also a good neighborhood for walking. Tennis courts next door and the pool was close and very nice. The house is a bit dated but everything is there that you need. A nice secluded little patio with a grill and water feature that we used a lot. The owner couldn’t have been nicer by the way.

My family and I just got back from a two week stay at George and Elizabeth’s place and it was truly AMAZING! The location is perfect, the amenities are wonderful and the house was just what we had hoped for. It was very clean and had lots of little extras like beach towels, beach toys, a gas grill and even a slow cooker/crock pot! Check in was a breeze too. Elizabeth even called me a few days before our stay and gave me more detailed info about the house, including better directions than what Google Maps suggested. We are already planning our return trip for next year, which tells you what we thought of this place. If you’re looking for a place anywhere near Sanibel/Fort Myers Beach, this home should be at the top of your list!

This wonderful townhouse is perfect for any family! We traveled to several different beaches during our stay due to its prime location in southwest Florida. We loved staying here and will be back again. We can’t thank Elizabeth enough for her help in making it a vacation to remember!

We just returned from a two week stay at this very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated townhome conveniently located near many of our favorite places in and around Ft Myers, Sanibel/Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. At our request, Elizabeth and George even provided two bicycles we enjoyed using for senior biking around their quiet and lovely neighborhood with access to a breezy pier and small harbor where we observed fish species , manatees and

dolphins and enjoyed visiting with other vacationers and residents. There is

also a fine pool and a pickle ball/tennis court for those who like these sports.

We have been to this area at least six times around Easter over the years. If it works out to go there again, we hope that Elizabeth and George's place is

available again for they are gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts.

Had a fantastic stay at this property. Will plan to stay 2 weeks next time. It was very clean and owner met me and told me everything I needed to know. Beach trips we're not far at all. Pool at property was very nice. Property had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend this property to anyone needed a vacation in a well kept property with everything you need.

Elizabeth contacted us a few days before we got there to check up on us and gather some info. The house was clean and had everything that you can think of from beach towel, beach chairs and even spices if you needed it to cook. The location was just perfect for our needs. The furthest we had to drive was to Sanibel Island which was 32 mns. Fort Lauderdale beach is about 12-15 mns from the house. Stores and restaurants are closed by. I would definitely go back in the future and would recommend it to others. Thanks Elizabeth!!!

We stayed at this location due to our daughter graduating from Ave Maria University. Upon our arrival we met with Elizabeth who made us feel at home. She graciously went over everything we could possibly need in the home as well as everything outside beyond the property. The pier was perfect for fishing with our granddaughter (who caught her first bonefish) as well as giving us spectacular sunsets over the water each night. Our daughter and son enjoyed the bikes and the area was great for short runs and walks. On the second day Elizabeth called and made sure we had everything we needed and there were no issues that she needed to attend to. She made us feel at home and relaxed. The house was clean and comfortable which made for relaxing nights. This property was close enough to Ft Myers beach and anything you would want to do from eating out, movies and stores. We could not have asked for anything more from Elizabeth or the rental. We look forward to using her again on our next trip to the Ft Myers area. If you want relaxation with and the feel of being at home this is the place.

My husband and I spent a month in this townhouse. Before booking, I asked Elizabeth, the owner, if there were bicycles on the premises. She said "sorry, no." Upon our arrival, she met us at "our" place and, guess what? There were two beautiful bicycles! One example of the extent to which Elizabeth and George go to to make their guests comfortable. From this to suggestions for dining (Sweet Tomatoes) flea market (awesome) transport by bus to Ft. Myers Beach and Lovers Key etc. they went the extra mile. We even had a sit-down with Elizabeth when she asked how they could make us happier. Home away from home? You bet! We had all the conveniences of home, plus tennis/pickleball courts, swimming pool, the pier to fish and admire the amazing sunsets from and grocery store etc close by. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and full of warm, friendly folks. We hope to return next year and for years to come!

My husband & I have stay at this townhouse before, our last stay we were so pleased with the place. It was comfortable, clean & it felt like home. So when we decided to rent again we all ready knew where we wanted to stay. The owner Elizabeth explained they did upgrades since our last visit. We arrived on December 22nd after a long drive from Connecticut and we walked into a home that felt like home. There was Christmas music softly playing on the radio, 2 trees with lights on them & the kitchen WOW there were lights under the cabinets. It was clean, and had everything you need, towels & chairs and even toys for the beach, everything you need to cook a Christmas dinner for your family. Just so beautiful made us forget we were tired from our ride. We truly thought the townhouse was just beautiful the last time we stayed there and we were not disappointed this time. Grocery store, department store are 2-5 minutes up the road, Restaurants all 5-10 minute drive. This townhouse is perfect for a family 9 minutes to Sanibel Island, 18 minutes to Fort Myers beach and 15 minutes to Thomas Edison museum and downtown Fort Myers. We walked everyday around the area and people are so nice, there is a pool which is very nice also.

The owner Elizabeth is so wonderful she wants you to feel like this is your home and you truly do feel that way. She is always a phone call away if there is a problem or a question.

We were in Ft. Myers to visit family for two weeks. This property was very clean and comfortable. Elizabeth has supplied everything necessary for your convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The barbecue grill on the patio was new and very well maintained. It was great to have two separate sitting areas. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Elizabeth was there at check in to be sure that we received all information necessary. The location is very convenient to the beach, downtown Ft. Myers and the airport. We would certainly stay at this property again.

We had a great stay, Elizabeth and George were very accommodating and super friendly! The house is roomy and spotless! All amenities were available including beach umbrella, chairs, games, hair dryers, washer/dryer, bbq, sheets and towels, wifi, and premium tv! All new or like new! Would definitely stay again as my son is attending college there. The house is close to all beaches, shopping and restaurants. They even have plenty of brochures so deciding what to do is easy!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the home was perfect. It was clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Elizabeth was great to work with and made sure that our stay was perfect. The neighborhood was in a great location, with access to an awesome walking trail, well kept pool and short walk to pier with an amazing sunset view.

We had 4 adults and 2 children (12 & 6yr old) and we had plenty of room. The extra 1/2 bath downstairs is a nice plus as well when traveling with multiple families and/or children.

I would highly recommend this home.

We stayed in this Townhouse 2 years in a row and look forward to returning again. The owners, Elizabeth and George are very accommodating and take pride in providing a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. They have gone out of their way to help make our vacation enjoyable. This is a spacious 3 bedroom Townhouse located in a prime area. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly and includes a well maintained pool and a very pleasant walking path. The general area includes great beaches, a variety of restaurants, and convenient shopping.

I rent many properties and this townhouse was clean, had everything we needed for the 1.5 weeks we were there. My son was taking a job transfer from Iowa to Ft. Myers and my husband and I were waiting to close on a home in Ft. Myers, and Elizabeth was wonderful in accomodating all of us and pets. We used the gas grill out on the back patio many times and sat out there in the evenings. None of us ever did use the pool, but my son said it looked very nice. It was located in a great location which was close to all the amenities, such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and beaches. Both Elizabeth and George wonderful people and very helpful with anything you may need or questions of the areas that you may have. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Elizabeth and George for everything, we truly appreciated everything.

I spent 2,5 weeks in this townhouse together with the family of my sister. They have two little children (3 and 5). Everything was fine, we missed nothing. It was huge enough for us 5. In the house you find everything you need, including things for the beach and a nice gas barbecue on the terrace. The pool is very close, clean and heated. The beaches are also very good accessible and not far away. There are a lot of supermarkets and outlet stores near by.

Elizabeth and George are very friendly and helpful contacts!

We spent two amazing weeks in this house. Elizabeth and ber husband are so helpful and friendly, The location is perfect, not far to beautiful beaches and shops and restaurants. We played tennis almost everyday next to the house and went for many swims in the nice pool. The area is so quiet and the sunset down by the pier was beautiful. We would hihgly recomend this place. We are a family of four and our two children really loved the house too.

This home had everything you could ask for and more. Clean and comfortable ! Relaxing and peaceful location. Elizabeth welcomed my husband I and our 2 little pugs as if we were family. After staying for 2 days(of an 8 day reservation) we called and asked if the home was available for another week. So glad it was so we stayed a total of 15 days! The pool was terrific and beaches are close. There are beach chairs, umbrella and towels sand toys everything you need for great day at the beach. The patio is so relaxing. Don't miss out on staying here you will not regret it for a minute!!!!

Elizabeth the owner, was so helpful, she helped me get my luggage upstairs! She happened to be there when I arrived. The home was clean and orderly, and she has supplies of sunscreen, towels, beach toys, about everything you would need. Nice large screen TV in the living room, a TV in the master bedroom, ceiling fans, but the AC was great in the 90 degree heat the week we were there. I was in the area mostly for the nature preserves, and wildlife photography, and was not disappointed. We found a new beach preserve (Bunche Beach preserve) only a few minutes away, and I finally got a Bald Eagle shot I've searched out for years. I'll likely be back. Thanks, Elizabeth.

This was our first experience with VRBO. We were fortunate enough to get this property on a last minute cancellation in mid-January. From the first moment I reached out to Elizabeth, she was so amazing! We exchanged telephone calls and text messages numerous times and Elizabeth was always including pictures of the area and the townhouse/condo. After discovering our mutual love of dogs she sent pictures of “Sparky” the family wheaten terrier.

Not being extremely familiar with this area of Florida, we did not know what to expect. The townhouse/condo is in the best possible location. Close to the beaches (Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva and Bunche Beach Preserve), close to numerous restaurants, outlet malls, Publix, and baseball at Hammond (Minnesota Twins) and JetBlue Fenway South (Boston Red Sox) Stadiums. The townhouse/condo is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, where we enjoyed daily walks around the lake and out to the fishing pier. Everyone is extremely friendly and we met numerous people.

The unit itself was very clean, had lots of space and all the amenities you could want to make your vacation comfortable. We loved the patio area where we enjoyed our morning coffee, occasional lunches and the evenings after grilling our dinner. The Wi-Fi and unlimited long distance calling to North America helped us stay in touch with work and family.

The heated pool was less than a 3 minute walk and was always very clean, another great spot where we made new friends.

Elizabeth and George even invited us to their home for lunch and it was a pleasure getting to know both George and Elizabeth better. They are both so very warm and accommodating! We loved our stay!

We spent almost 2 weeks here in December 2014, and it was very nice, we would go back any give minute! We are family of 3 from Finland (our son is 10), and one thing (among others!) I was worried about was safety. Well, now I know it’s very safe property, and neighborhood! The condo has two parking lots right in the front of house, and the fence around the small terrace keeps your privacy. The distance to the pool is about 2-3 minutes, and boy was the pool area clean and well maintained! And the water was so warm…I miss our every day swims so much!

Also the condo was remarkably clean, it was like going home. Like the others already wrote here: there’s everything you need: in the kitchen, all the beach towels ready, stuff for the beach…Oh and if you like playing tennis, bring your rackets, there’s free court like 1 minute away!

After we paid the advantage payment I think June 2014 , Elizabeth sent a message in the beginning of every month. It was so nice, it made us feel comfortable and welcome, and it’s also a matter of trust. Elizabeth did groceries for us for we arrived in the middle of the night, she did a lot of things more than supposed! She was so helpful and nice, and always there if we needed something. I can highly recommend this condo for everybody, I honestly cannot thing one thing that we didn’t like. Elizabeth thank You, I really do hope that we’ll be back one day! (I’ll write shortly in finnish here as well!)

I have been staying at this townhouse for the past 5 years. I play baseball in the Roy Hobbs tourney and this is the perfect location from most of the ball fields or relaxing at the beach on our day off from ball games. Due to our busy schedule and worn out after a long day playing, a crock pot had been added which has really eased the cooking chore. The bedroom configuration can accommodate 2 separate couples and a couple single persons. A futon is also function as a spare when unexpected guests need a night's rest. The beach front properties are nice, but this townhouse has a "home" feel to it. pleasant décor and very clean. A pool is a 3 minute walk if you want some private sun tanning time without all the sand, as well as a nice patio area just outside the townhouse sliding door with a nice grill. Equipped with cable TV and WI FI for computer needs and beach items such as towels, rafts, etc are readily available too. I give this townhouse a 5 star rating. It is a home away from home.

My husband and I and our 4 kids (ages 16, 16, 14 and 9) stayed here comfortably. We were here for a baseball tournament. It was not a bad drive to any of the parks we played in. This condo was equipped with everything, and I mean everything, we needed or wanted. The things we forgot to pack such as beach chairs were available for us to use. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Thank you Elizabeth for an enjoyable vacation. We will be back.

My family arrived four hours later than we had anticipated. Elizabeth greeted us at the condo to give us a tour and a key even though it was near 9 PM. This was so kind! We have four young children ages: 10, 9, 3, and 2 years. The condo was spacious enough to fit all 6 of us comfortably. Elizabeth even set up a baby crib for our two year old. Having two full baths and one half bath was a life saver! I used the washer/dryer in the unit daily. Having a dishwasher was great too! The condo had parking right outside the front door, a clean pool just a short walk away, and a soothing in-ground fountain on the patio which we loved listening peaceful. A gorgeous lake with otters, turtles, ducks, and herons was in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking the trails around it daily. Publix, Super Target, Big K-mart, and many yummy restaurants were close by. The kitchen in the condo has everything you need to cook a fabulous meal. I was so impressed that pots, pans, utensils, two coffee pots, colander, coffee grinder, spices, etc were all there for my use. All we had to do was buy some groceries. Also, there were beach chairs, beach towels, shovels, sand pails, water guns, boogie board, and sunscreen, etc. Also, in the entertainment center in the living room there were all sorts of family board games, kids books, crayons, etc. Elizabeth has thought of everything to make your stay just wonderful down to the coffee creamer! My kids had such a great time! Ft Myers Beach was a short 10 minute drive away. The condo is VERY clean. It is also so conveniently located to everything you can imagine. Not only was it clean and spacious, but it is in a very family friendly location which felt so safe. It was quiet there too. We would have our babies take a nap every day for a couple of hours. They were never woken by noisy neighbors. The unit is quiet as is the street it is located on. The rate we were charged was very fair and affordable which was a must for our large family. My family would recommend this condo to anyone. We flew home yesterday afternoon. I thought the two youngest children would be happy to be home and in their own beds after being gone for a week. Today my two year old asked me,"When are we going back to our condo??" I nearly fainted! I am so tired from our 1,000+ mile trip, but boy did we have an awesome week! The kids already want to go back. Thank you, Elizabeth and George. You spoiled us!

It was our second time in their townhouse but definitly not our last.

It`s a pleasure to be there every time. Elisabeth and George are so helpful.

The house is clean and the location is very comfortable. Publix is close and if you want to have good dinner you can go to rib city or famous dave for example.

You have ecerything you need for a vacation in the townhouse.

The community-pool is just a short walk away and very clean.

The beaches of Ft. Myers, Sanibal and Captiva are great locations to relax the whole day.

If you decide to book a great house you don`t have to pass this one.

A year ago a dear friend who had been staying in Ft Myers for several years for the winter, asked us to "come down' and enjoy what Ft Myers has to offer. In looking around, I found this lovely home, and their lovely owners. The setting is a residential area, secluded patio, pool access and lots more. Ample sleeping room for 6. A cozy place almost like a home away from home. We are currently still staying until the end of March, but no need to wait to write a review until we have left. This is a winner in many ways!!!

If considering to stay for awhile in Ft Myers, this home should be considered for sure. The owners are respectful to leave you alone, but close enough to help in any way.

As first timers here, we love it so much, we are already beginning to look to relocate permanently from Wisconsin to Ft Myers.

If you are looking for a place for your family close to everything & has everything you need a home away from home this is the place for you!! My husband & I go to Florida every year to visit our sons @ 't have to travel to far after they get home from work & a place I can cook a nice Christmas dinner for the family. We also like something close to the beach this town house was everything we had wanted and more. From the time I emailed Elizabeth the owner to all the times we spoke on the phone she treated me like she has known me forever. My mom & dad drives down from Summerfield Fl to spend several days with us they have a dog that they bring. This town house is dog friendly Mandy enjoyed her time laying outside in the sun. There is a cute little pond & a little bridge it was very relaxing. Elizabeth had called & asked if she could stop by to meet us "What a Wonderful Lady you are Elizabeth" It was a pleasure meeting you and it was nice to know you were a phone call away if we needed anything. The townhouse had everything we needed for cooking, cooking outside, which by the way I cooked a roast on Christmas day on the grill & two hams in the oven for my sons parents & there friends. The location was awesome for us we were only 15 minutes from the boys & 5 mins from Fort Myers beach. There is a Tanger Outlet 5 mins away if you like to shop, on McGregor Blvd there are a lot of restaurants & pubs, Spas & nail salons down the road you will find mini golf. The townhouse was very clean well maintained. The pool was close by we walked to it several times it was very clean. We would have stayed there another week!! Thank you Elizabeth & we will be seeing you next Christmas!!!!

Das Townhaus liegt sehr zentral, ist sauber und gepflegt, sowie der Gemeinschaftspool in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Elisabeth und George sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Elisabeth hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Shoppingtouren gegeben.

Wir waren u.a auf Captiva -und Useppa Island. Am Strand von Captiva Island haben wir Delfine im Wasser gesehen, das war ...WOW...

Wenn man einen Tag am Strand verbringen möchte, empfehlen wir " Delnor Wiggins State Park ", Eintritt mit Auto und 4 Pers. 6,00 USD - 2 gr. Parkplätze direkt am Strand, sanitäre Anlagen - schöner weißer Muschelstrand und nicht "überlaufen". An anderen Stränden zahlt man pro Std. 2,00 USD Parplatzgebühren.

Einkaufen kann man in der Nähe, z.B bei Wallmart od. Publix.

Wir waren vom in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr schön- auf zwei Etagen sind die Zimmer sehr großzügig geschnitten. Alles war sehr sauber und die Terrasse mit Teich bietet viel Patz und einen großen Grill, um darauf schöne Abende zu verbringen. Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter (damals 9 Monate alt) dort. Georg und Elizabeth (Vermieter) hatten extra für uns ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl gekauft. Die Kleine hatte so ihr eigenes Bett, in dem sie sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat, in ihrem eigenen Zimmer. Es war perfekt. Des Weiteren ist das Vermieterehepaar sehr sehr lieb. Sie wohnen nur 20 Minuten entfernt, so dass, falls etwas ist, sie gleich vor Ort sind. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man ist schnell in verschiedenen Outlets zum shoppen, in 10-15 Minuten Autominuten an verschiedenen Traumstränden und in 15 Minuten auf der traumhaften Insel Sanibel. Alles in allem war das Haus die beste Wahl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

My husband, our 5 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time while staying at this beautiful townhouse. There was plenty of room and it was close to everything. The townhouse was very clean with a nice, fully equipped kitchen. The pool was closeby and very clean. There is also a large pond that we took walks around and the locals told us of a pier/marina closeby where you can watch the sunset. (just a five minute walk) Very beautiful!

The supermarket was only 5 minutes away. Every day we went to Bonita Beach which was only about 20 minutes away and very easy to find. We also took our daughter to many nature museums and parks. The Lakes Regional Park is only 5 minutes away and features a fun train ride perfect for 4-5 year olds! It also has splash areas which our daughter loved. We also went to the Shell Factory and Nature Park which was fun. They had a lot of animals to see. (Check their website for coupons before you go!) Sanibel Island and Captiva Island were fun daytrips as well. We liked the Lighthouse Beach area the best. Plenty of shells to collect!

I would definitely recommend staying at this townhouse. It's close to everything and very well kept.

Wir waren jetzt zum 2. mal in diesem Haus und waren wieder total begeistert. Wir haben Ausflüge in die Everglades, nach Naples und sogar nach Miami gemacht und sind mit der Harley nach Boca Grande gefahren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liegt einfach super. Man ist schnell am Strand und zu den Outlet Malls ist es ebenfalls nicht sehr weit. Diesmal hatten wir noch unsere Freunde dabei und auch die waren sehr angetan. Wir hoffen also nächstes Jahr zum 3. mal das Haus mieten zu können.

Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen (06-27.August 2011) in diesem Haus. Es ist wunderbar hergerichtet, und war sehr sauber. Wir verbringen die Ferien in dieser Anlage schon seit ca 13 Jahren und besitzen selbst dort ein Haus, welches dauerhaft vermietet ist. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, falls mal jemand Hilfe benoetigt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man zum leben benoetigt. Nach Sanibel sind es ca 10 Fahrminuten wo man traumhafte Straende zu sehen bekommt. Fort Myers Beach liegt uns nicht so sehr, da dort unserer Meinung nach Mallorca Feeling herrscht. Wir lieben eher den ruhigen Strand, den man dann suedlich von Ft. Myers Beach oder an der schoenen Insel Estero erleben kann. Man findet auf alle Faelle Muscheln in Huelle und Fuelle, Seesterne, Sanddollars etc. Dies ist auf alle Faelle ein Spass fuer alle Kids. An der eigenen Angelpier welche 5 Fussminuten vom Haus entfernt ist, kann man Fische aller Art rausziehen ( wenn man Glueck hat). Wir hatten dieses Jahr dort das Glueck, das erste Mal einen Saegefisch ( Sawfish) zu sehen. Ausserdem angelten wir 3 x Haie ( wovon wir nur einen an Land brachten, und einen Snook ( ueber 1 m laenge). In die Outletmalls ist es auch nicht besonders weit ( Tanger Outlet 5 Min., Miromar 20 Min, Edison Mall 15 Min). Dagegen braucht man nach Orlando bei guter Fahrt ca 2,5 Std . Wir benoetigen da immer laenger, da wir quer ueber das Land fahren und in den Phospatminen in der Naehe von Mullberry nach versteinerten Haifischzaehnen suchen. Die haben die schoensten Farben ( bone valley). Man findet diese aber auch an den Straenden von Venice Beach, welches ca 1 Std. vom Haus entfernt liegt. I must admit I am a bit of a skeptic when it comes to doing things via the internet. I was forwarded the website by a friend who was booking a place for her family as well and by looking at the pictures and the price I thought it was to good to be true. After speaking with Elizabeth a few times I felt as though I had known her for years. The day of my arrival she called to let me know she was at the property waiting for me. When I arrived she helped unload my car of groceries and gave me the nickle tour. The house was GREAT, three bedrooms, master bedroom with private bath, full kitchen, dining room and living room. The patio area is beautiful and private. I was very happy to be close to Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel, although I was there for my sons baseball tournaments we were so close we were able to get in a lot of beach time as well. Elizabeth called me a few times to check and make sure everything was okay and to see if I needed anything or had any questions. All shopping is very close for groceries and outlets. I would definitely recommend this property, you can't beat the pricing and it is very very comfortable. Parking right outside the unit, I felt very safe there and it is quiet. I will definitely rent this property again next year, be it for baseball tournaments, or family vacation.

The Owner of the Town House was very friendly you feel like you know her for a long time. the house very nice and clean, any thing you ask for the house you want to be in is there. we loved the house like is ours. Elizabeth the Owner was very helpfull to us and she was very carring person. we have two kids with us 6 and 4 years they love the Place, on the last day of our deparature my kids asked me if we can stay for two more days, we want to but we have to give a chance to other family comming after us to enjoy want we did really experienced. thank you Elizabeth for everything and see you next time.

We are so happy that we chose this rental for our vacation to Fort Myers. It was truly a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, relaxing, and had everything you need. We are two 60 year old people and there was so much room. We only used one bedroom and the bed was so comfortable.

We sat on the patio every morning and had coffee and breakfast and the sound of the water fountain was very pleasant. The tall fence and all the beautiful plants makes the area so private. You will love the big, big screen TV. It was awsome watching movies on it. There is a lovely pool close by.

We thought we would use the grill but we like trying out new restaurants so we didn't get to use it but the patioe is perfect for cooking out. We saw some fantastic sunsets on Fort Myers beach by the pier. We went to Top of the Mast and the D J played any songs that we requested and we danced a few slow ones in the sand. Try The Smokin Oyster Bar for a great grouper sandwich and Anthony's On the Gulf for a nice prime rib dinner outside. Breakfast at The Heavenly Biscuit is hard to beat. The Cinnamon roll is a must have. We rode to Sanibel and Captiva islands twice and just checked things out. The homes there are so beautiful. We lost a few dollars on the Big M casino boat but we had fun. The ride 9 miles out and back was well worth the $10.00 to get on. We certainly hope to come back and stay at this rental again. Elizabeth is friendly and very helpful. She was always available if we needed her and checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything at all. There is so much to do and we will be back for sure. Fort Myers is a great place to vacation.

We stayed here in June and had a wonderful time. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and well-equipped. The pictures are pretty accurate so there are no surprises. The location is great! The pool is within walking distance and it’s a 2 minute drive to a shopping center with a supermarket, gas station, K-Mart and a fantastic Mexican restaurant – La Casita. The best thing is the beach is only a 15 minute drive. The owner is friendly and helpful in answering any questions or offering suggestions. We would definitely go back for a return visit.

Me, my wife and our 1 year old son stayed in the house for 9 nights in May 2011. The location and the surroundings are great! 20 min with car to Sanibel Island or 5 min to Bounche Beach. Supermarket Target (huge) is just 5 min away as well as a lot of restaurants. The pool is very clean and nice, great sunbathing chairs. 2 tennis courts just a few meters from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Elisabeth is very friendly and hospitable. She and her husband to great care of us! We could not have asked for more.

The house is big, you can stay 2-3 families here no problem. We had a lot of space. Also parking space for 3 cars.

* Air Boat ride Everglades (several operators 1,5 hrs from house)

We stayed in this townhouse in May 2011. It was spacious, neat, in a quiet neighborhood convenient to stores, gas station and places to eat and grocery stores and pharmacies. It was close to the Causeway to Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach and close to family we were visiting. Our adult children and two grandboys loved it. The pool was great especially since it was very hot outside during our stay. The owner was very pleasant, came in person to explain where the pool was located and answered any questions we had. She called to check how everything was a couple of times. We would definitely stay there again if visiting in that area.

We are back home from our vacation of Nov 17-Dec.01,2010. This is a very good home to rent and it was so to everything we wanted. It´s big and has 3 bdr and it´s very quiet.

A good house to recover.

The(community) pool was nearby and the american neighbors were very friendly

It´`s a short drive to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

The beaches were great and we enjoyed searching for shells and watching for dolphins. The Beach in San Carlos Bay( Bunche Beach - 7 minutes to drive-) is great and they costed $1 an hour to park and swim.

Just around the corner on McGregor Blvd is La Casita, a Mexican restaurant and Rib City, which we visited and enjoyed.

Elizabeth and George, the owners, takes good care of us and they were absolut friendly und helpful.

We are happy if we can come back next year.

November is a great time, to come to Ft. Myers.

This spacious town home is located centrally to beaches, restaurants, shopping, walking, fishing, swimming, biking and of course, nature. Once inside the gate, we were greeted by the quiet trickle of the water fountain surrounded by plants which offered a variety of different color flower blossoms. Once we entered the townhouse, we were amazed how bright this nicely decorated vacation home. An outside patio for eating at the table covered by a shade umbrella made meals cooked on the grill that much more inviting. The quiet street kept our conversations intimate. If dining out is your preference, a few favorites is La Casita, a restaurant that serves authentic Mexican food, Ron Daos, a place for the sports fans with 65 tv screens and good food, and Busters, another place for the sports fan with a good menu which offers 4-course daily specials. Discovering what nature had to offer, in and around the property, we became enthusiasts for photography and fishing! Each day, while walking along the lake, new inhabitants such as birds, turtles, even otters were discovered. For being amateur fishermen, we were delighted with catches of Catfish, Flounder, Red Snapper, to name a few. Being on the dock for the evening sunset was such a beautiful surprise. Watching the sky become many different colors as the sun descended into the horizon was beyond words! During the day, one could watch the boats come and go on the Caloosahatchee River. You may get lucky enough to watch the bald eagles soar overhead. The Sanibel Causeway makes going to the beach real accessible. If nature is your interest, make sure to visit Bowditch Point Park. It's located at the northern tip of Estero Island. Here, you will be amazed at how many different things there are to see, both on land and at sea! Before leaving the island, you can stop at one of the restaurants, go shopping in one of the many shops that line the streets, or get fudge for the sweet craving one may desire. Along San Carlos Blvd, be sure to stop at Love Boat Homemade Ice Cream for an unforgettable treat! After an exhausting day, we looked forward to resting in our comfortable bed so we could get back up the next morning to do it all over again!

My family could not have made a more perfect choice! This townhouse was very clean, and well accomadating for our family of five. The location is great, within minutes of beaches, souvenir shops, and several different stores and restaurants. Elizabeth is wonderful, very helpful and gracious. We will definatly be recommending this townhouse to our friends and family to stay on their vacations to Florida. We especially enjoyed the central location to all that Fort Myers, and surrounding areas have to offer.

Das reizende Townhouse hält genau was es verspricht. Die Gegend ist sehr gepflegt und central gelegen. Das Haus enthält wirklich alles was man benötigt. Der gepflegte Gemeinschaftspool ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt, meistens waren wir alleine dort. Elizabeth ist supernett und wirklich stets um ihre Gäste bemüht. Man kann sich immer mit allen Fragen an sie wenden. Die Terrasse mit kleinem Garten und einem kleinem Teich lädt jeden Abend zu einem BBQ ein. Ein großer Supermarkt (Publix) ist gleich um die Ecke.

Eine billigere Variante (Wal-Mart) findet man auf der US41, Ecke Gladiolus. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Besuch bei dem griechischem Restaurant Plaka gleich um die Ecke, oder aber an der Pier von Ft. Myers Beach ist empfehlenswert. Supergut und zu moderaten Preisen kann man auch in Millers Ale House(4400 Kernel Cir.), im Sweet tomatoes, oder bei Hooters, beides auf der US 41 Richtung Norden zu finden, essen.

Es war wirklich ein toller Urlaub in Ft. Myers, wie immer!

We just got back from our vacation of July 18- August 5,2010.

It was wonderful! This Townhouse is a great home to rent. Very clean,completely equipped with all what you need! The patio area is very nice with beautiful flowers, a BBQ grill and a small pond. The pool is also very nice. We used it a couple of times and were the only ones in it. Elizabeth is a very gracious host, very friedndly and helpful! The location is great, within minutes of beaches, shops, restaurants, etc.

Publix is nearby, if you want lower prices, go to Wal-Mart, Gladiolus/US41.

Graet restaurants with excellent food and moderated prices are Placa, just around the corner, or at Ft.Myers Beach,1001 Estero Blvd . Also, Millers Ale House (4400 Kernel Cir), Sweet Tomatoes or Hooters, both on US41 north route, are graet locations for good food.

We really enjoyed our visit! We would certainly recommend this rental to our friends. We look forward to returning in two years!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse in June 2010. It was very clean and Elizabeth was accomodating and helpful. We went tarpon fishing, miniature golfing, shopping, swimming, site seeing, and to the beach. We ate at several very good places but Rib City was our favorite. We would love to visit again but would do so when it's not quite so hot. I would definately recommend this property to friends.

We just got back from our vacation of July 21-30,2010. This is a great home to rent and it was so close to everything we wanted. It is a short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Islands as well as Fort Meyers. We have a 6 and 8 year old and they liked having their own rooms, their own (community) pool, and they enjoyed watching the many small (harmless) lizards around the home.

Elizabeth, the owner, took good care of us and it was deeply appreciated. When we told her we would be arriving late to our rental due to a late incoming flight, she purchased some requested food items for us so we could have some food for the first night and the next morning. How great is that??

The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva were great and we enjoyed searching for shells and watching for dolphins. The beaches are great and they costed $2 an hour to park and swim. At the end of Captiva Island is a parking area for the beach/ Nature Preserve. It costed $1 an hour. As the tide went out there and tidal pools were formed, we all had fun finding crabs, starfish, minnows, and other creatures in them. We had a dolphin swim close to us at Ft Meyers Beach!

Just around the corner on McGregor Blvd is Pinchers restaurant which we visited and enjoyed. The Kids menu was great and the waitstaff treated us well.

We also ate at Nervous Nellie's Restaurant at Fort Meyers Beach. This is just west of the bridge leading to Ft Meyers Beach on the north side. This was our favorite dining experience as we sat on the deck next to the docks and watched the dolphins playing. The food was awesome also.

We also ate at Joe's Crab Shack on West First Street in Fort Meyers. They have seating directly over the ocean and,again, the kids had a good menu to choose from.

We saw manatees just before the entrance to Lover's Key State Park. The Ranger there allowed us to park near the gate without paying and walk back within 50 yards to see them playing.

We took a boat tour at Tarpon Bay Explorer's on Sanibel Island one morning and again saw dolphins as well as many kinds of birds and learned about local flora and fauna. It costed $84 for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Contrary to all the news reports, the area is not covered by oil. In fact, we drove quite a ways up the coast and we saw nothing but beautiful beaches. We encountered no one who had any reports of oil in the area.

This was our second time to stay at this townhouse and we enjoyed it just as much as our first time. The house is very clean and the patio area is very private with all kinds of beautiful flowers and a small pond. It is close to all the beaches plus shopping is very convenient. There is a Target Super Store, K-Mart, and Tanger Outlets all very close. Also plenty of eating places including Parrot Key, Nervous Nellies, Pinchers Crab Shack and of course Perkins just to mention a few. The owner Elizabeth makes you feel right at home. If your interested in this townhouse don't hesitate it really is a lovely place to stay and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Wir hatten,genau wie im letzten Jahr einen wunderschönen Urlaub.Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal.Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke.Der Pool ist heißbeliebt,den wir fast für uns alleine hatten.Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem bekam man gleich netten Kontakt wenn man wollte.Das Haus ist wirklich komplett eingerichtet und den kleinen Garten liebten wir über alles,da wir fast jeden Abend dort grillen konnten.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen das wir nächstes Jahr unseren Urlaub dort verbringen können.Vielen Dank Elisabeth !!!!

This is a very nice and functional townhouse, ideally located and Elizabeth does all she can to make her guests happy. We didn't have a single problem. The house is not new but very clean and features everything you may need for your holiday and you are close to shopping centers, beaches and any excursions around Fort Myers. We stayed with our dog, a little poodle, and you have very nice walks nearby. It is only a short ride to Fort Myers Beach. We would recommend it to our friends and relatives anytime. And just to show you how at home, comfortable and happy we felt: we made an immediate down payment for December 2010, when we will come back again for another holiday of 3 1/2 weeks!

My husband and I, along with my daughter,her husband, and 16 month old daughter, and 2 of our friends stayed here in October 2009. This is a wonderful place to stay!! We were a little weiry about sending a deposit and full payment before actually getting to Florida but let me tell you there is nothing to worry about. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful! If you are thinking about renting this place don't hesitate. It was well worth the money and it's ligite.

We made many trips to the local Kmart which is just down the block and the local grocery store Publix is also right down the road. There was also a Super Target down the street and a Pinchers Crab Shack resteraunt if you are looking for seafood.

The pool was also very nice. We used it a couple of times and were the only ones in it! The house is very spaceious. It was plenty of room for the 7 of us! The big screen tv was also nice and the large kitchen.

Elizabeth also has done a wonderful job with the landscapping outside. It was like our own private Jungle!! Our granddaughter just loved the pond she has set up.

We will definetly stay here again the next time we go to Florida!

wir waren vom 17 August bis 2 September in Fort Myers. Das Haus ist super sehr geräumig, sehr sauber die Lage sehr ruhig der Pool hatten wir zu 99% für uns alleine.

Elisabeth als Vermieterin einfach super, sehr sehr hilfsbereit und super lieb.

Die Strände vom Captiva und Sanibel Island sind ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt, die Einkaufsgeschäfte sind ca 5 min entfernt.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit wir hoffen wir sehen Elisabeth wieder.

The house was really very nice. It was uttermost clean and very nice arranged. The colours of the walls made you feel very welcome.There was a big TV in the livingroom, and a couch were you could relax very well, after spending the whole day in the water at the beach. The kittchen was completely equipped so there was no problem with cooking or something like that. Upstairs, there were three sleeping rooms with big beds. There were even TV's and a ventilator. The air conditioning system made the air very pleasing and cool, which felt really good when

you spent your time outside all day. The pool, which is located quiet close to the house, was a benefaction. It was really nice to dive and swim there. Even at night. This was a nice alternation, if you don't wanna drive to

the nearby beach. We even enjoyed that there was a little terrace with a little garden. It was quiet nice to sit outside and play cards or barbecue there. Yes, there was a barbecue inclusive. ;)

Elizabeth is a really nice person, she always took care of our well-being. I just can recommend this house for your next visit to Fort Myers. We had a real good time there. Hope you'll have too. ;)

Elizabeth has decorated her townhouse as a fun and cheerful vacation getaway - she doesn't want it to be bland and boring! The place is clean, quiet and well-equipped. Within minutes of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and other points of interest. Make sure to check out the Seminole Railroad excursions where they allow you to bring your lunch onboard (think picnic). Must-do activities are the Edison/Ford Winter Estates, Fleamasters Flea Market (Fri, Sat & Sun only), Plaka II Greek/American food - try the flaming Saganaki appetizer, Parrot Key @ 's Marina (check for coupons), Shrimp Shack on Colonial (ditto coupons) and Rib City (25 cent drafts on Weds with purchase of entree). We really enjoyed our visit and strongly recommend this townhouse for your next trip to Fort Myers!

Das Haus hält genau was es verspricht. Es befindet sich in einer sehr guten Gegend mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Das Haus ist super sauber, tolle Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Fön, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Küche, Gasgrill, Riesen TV, 2. TV im Schlafzimmer). Elisabeth ist sehr gastfreundlich und war uns stets bei allen Fragen behilflich. Es sind nur ein paar Meter zum sehr gepflegten und Gemeinschaftspool an dem wir vorwiegend alleine schwimmen konnten. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses (Target, Publix Supermärkte, Restaurants, etc...). Nach Sanibel sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort findet man sicher mit die schönsten Strände in Florida.

Wir waren in diesem Urlaub zu dritt. 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (5 Jahre). Neben netten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet Fort Myers auch Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Kinder (zum Bsp. fantastische Minigolfanlagen).

Das Haus hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage.Zum Strand ca 10 min ,einkaufen gleich um die Ecke und weitere Malls in unmittelbarer Nähe.Der Pool hatte eine gute Grösse und schön beheitzt,so dass wir jeden abend noch eine Runde schwimmen gehen konnten.Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet von Waschmaschine bis zum Toaster(wirklich komplett auch die Küchenuntensilien,Handtücher Trockner etc.)Man kann beruhigt mit 6 Personen sich wohl fühlen.Auch die Terasse war mein Lieblingaplatz,da man einen Blick ins Grüne hatte, einen blickdichten Zaun umrandete das Grundstück,und ich jeden Morgen meinen ersten Kaffee dort trank.Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort und haben unseren schönsten Urlaub inFl verlebt.Elisabet war einfach super,immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.Danke für den schönen Urlaub.Ich hoffe wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder!!

It is always an amazing experience when we stay here, every ear we come back because the owners are amazing, the stay and feel is all great. The house is so beautiful, clean, well kept, everything is organized, and that's all because of the oweners, they make your stay very comfortable, and welcome you like family not strangers. As customers I would just like to say that every time we come back to Florida we come back here, I would not have it any other way, the owners of this estate are amazing people they make you feel very welcome, you don't feel like a stranger in someone's home but you feel like family there, that's how comfortable the owners make it for us and for anyone that comes there. It is very well kept, clean and comfortable. Everything is close to there, entertainment, shopping and relax, relax, relax, we just absolutely love it and recommend it for everyone. We spent November at this townhouse - the second time in 2008. We were there in April and found our stay in November as pleasant and fun filled as the first visit. It's close to great shopping, including a new Bealls, Target and Big Lots. Elizabeth the owner, as before, was a great host and couldn't do enough for us. We spent a day on the gambling ship, The Big M and had a ball and all our money when we returned. My husband spent many pleasant hours at the heated pool while I shopped. There are many attractions, restaurants, shops and a beautiful white sand beach nearby, as well as a marina to watch beautiful sunsets and a nice pond, within walking distance. So many things to do-so little time!! I would recommend this townhouse to anyone. Judy-Windsor Ont.

We totally enjoyed our two week stay in Ft. Myers. It was everything that we expected and more. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendlly, and wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Great location! Close to just about everything. We found a very good eating place near Ft Myers Beach the Parrot Key restaurant - delicious food and atmosphere, you almost feel like you're in the islands. We would definitely recommend this townhouse.

This vacation home was a wonderful choice. It was clean, well maintained, furnished with updated amenities and only minutes to beaches and attactions. My favorite was the trip to "Lover's Key" for fantastic shells. Our comfort and needs were at the top of the owner's concern from the moment we arrived. We had other friends staying at other timeshares and condos close by and our place was by far the nicest, as well as, the best deal. We would highly recommend this "Home away from Home" and will be seeking it out ourselves on any return trips.

Very pretty and ideal for a young couple or middle aged couple without small children.

Definitely not small child friendly. Too much glass. Glass tables, glass vases, glass mirrors not attached securely. White ceramic tile floors downstairs which can be very slippery for small children and the elderly. Stairs very steep with hand rail sharp enough to cut at top.

Lots of stores very close by. Beach about 10 to 15 minutes away.

All the amenities were there with some additional perks such as a BBQ grill, lots of outside chairs and table with umbrella , cleaning supplies, lots of kitchen utensils, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lots of bath towels.. Owner very helpful.

We spend two wonderful weeks in Fort Myers,Florida.The townhouse was very clean,spacious,and comfortable.It was like home away from home. The owner was very friendly,thoughtful,and considerate.She was very considerate about us during the tropical storm"Fay".She made sure we were alright and safe.The storm only lasted a day and the rest of our trip was sunny and HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. A delicious Italian restaurant near the townhouse.For more info:pleas ask the owner.Yummy! Yummy! Good pizzas!We enjoyed theFort Myers beachvery much.Only 15 minutes away from the townhouse.We would definitely come back to this townhouse.I think we found our "second home"during the summer months.We would definitely recommend this townhouse to our family and friends.

The townhouse is pretty big for a vacation house, ideal for a family, with everything you need. It's close to a very nice pool and there's lots of stores around, it's a nice neibourghood, very calm. The cable, internet and free calls to Canada are a big plus to stay in touch. The owner is more than helpful with ideas of activities and how to find the best deals. The situation is nice, close to many beaches. We prefered Bonita beach, Barefoot preserve, Tigertail Beach, and the one at the end of Captiva Island much more than Fort Myers Beach, unless you like crowds and jetskis. Those are natural beaches, more relaxing, not that many people around, and beautiful. Some let you enter for free if you get there later in the day, let's say around 4:00. If you have kids, got to go to the Crab Race, the gracious owner will tell you all about it!! Oh by the way, if you go see manatees, don't go with the Carol and Barry one, disapointing, they just bring you with the boat in a marina...I mean you can do that on your own, not worth 126$ for a family! I don't know if they all to it like that tough. Overall a great two and a half week stay, very good value for the money

We had a pleasant stay at this Townhouse. It was in a calm and clean area. The house was very clean and convenient to the Beach of Ft. Myers and Shopping. Looking forward to our next stay there.

We spent most of April at this property and it was very clean & spacious. The owner was friendly and extremely accomodating. She kept in touch to make sure everything was fine & we were happy. It's close to everything: lots of restaurants (Pinchers in nearby Kmart plaza has a great grilled chicken sandwich w/swiss cheese, outlet mall 3 blocks to the right at the light by Kmart, includes a Big Lot, a bit farther just past the underpass is a Perkins to the left, many family oriented attractions, gorgeous Fort Myers beach 10 min. away (I loved looking for shells along the beach), a few miles from a HUGE fleamarket called Fleamasters (you could spend days there), Greyhound racing in nearby Bonita Springs, All Star Bowling Lanes on Old #41 (Fridays 4-7, pitchers of beer $5.00, chicken wings half price), a garage saler's paradise. The townhouse is 2 units away from a wonderful swimming pool with sidewalk access to a lovely pond area just across the street. The sidewalks along the pond are great for walking, running, rollerblading or just enjoying the day. The townhouse has a king size bed with ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom has twin & double beds, 3rd has double bed, and there's a 2nd bathroom all on second floor. Downstairs living room has really comfortable couches & lazyboy, tv with satellite (owner is working on getting sports channels), nice open kitchen w/breakfast bar, dining room patio doors lead out to pleasant courtyard bursting with flowering trees & shrubs, lots of seating & a great BBQ. The people are friendly & the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The washer & dryer were very handy. You don't need to bring a lot of clothes. You can choose to either spend your time chilling out or you can keep yourself very busy, as there is so much to do in the area. We loved every minute of our stay and plan on returning.

My wife and I spent 2 wonderful months here in Jan and Feb 2008 ( our first time staying longer than 1 week in Fla. )This townhouse was spacious,comfortable,clean and well keptand is perfectly located for what we wanted.Our landlady was very personable,generous and called by phone or stopped by for a short visit, just to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with the place.We would recommend this townhouse to our family and friends. As a matter of fact, we have reserved it again fo r next year, and look forward to several more yrs spent there.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay last March. Everything that was promised was there. The landlord lives nearby and made frequent visits to make sure we had everything we needed as well as to attend to her garden. The nearby pool is a nice social gathering for both the residents, a few who are there every day and are very friendly, as well as the new guests who arrive each month.
