Rentals in this Association are limited to one per year and not more than 3 months.

Unique Benefits

This is a quiet neighborhood with friendly people and, of course, wonderful Winter weather. We used to say there had been no Hurricanes for years, but as you know, Ian came visiting in 2022. Happily, we are not close enough to the Gulf to sustain any significant water damage and only lost shingles from the high wind.
Even downtown Ft Myers saw significant flooding but we did not.
