Welcome to our beautiful fully furnished and very spacious 3 bed, 2 bath condo. It was just remodeled and is located on the 3rd floor with direct access into the condo from the semi private elevator. The elevator will not open without our code entered into it. Our condo is located just off McGregor Blvd in a newer community of Fisherman’s Cove . It is located directly across from the community pool and clubhouse. Enjoy a good movie on our 65” samsung tv with sound bar in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a tv. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom now has 2 twin beds. There is a master bathroom with a jetted tub and a shower. The second bathroom is located between the other 2 bedrooms. There is a hallway door which can give the extra bedrooms and second bathroom privacy from the rest of the condo.Our unit has a large screened in patio with a lake front view to relax and View the wildlife while enjoying your morning coffee and evening cold drinks. There is also a laundry room in the condo. Our condo has cable and internet which is included in the price. Bring your suitcase and leave everything else behind. There is a resort style pool, work out facilities and a clubhouse. The community has a walking trail around the perimeter for exercise. We have a 2 car garage with enough room for 1 vehicle as I do leave a motorcycle there for my use. There are plentiful restaurants and shops located on the historic McGregor Blvd. The beaches are a short 10 minute drive away. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed in the condo. Ask about our discount for multiple months.
Area Information
Fishermans cove is a small newer community which is a short 10 minute drive to the beaches. It is located just off McGregor Blvd and A&W bulb.
