The city of Fort Myers is just north of Estero which hosts the Hertz Arena, and the beautiful beach’s of Bonita Springs and Naples. Fort Myers airport is 13.4 miles from this property.

About the host: Originally from the Minneapolis area, I have been a SW Florida full time resident since 2019. I love the gulf coast beaches and the amazing downtown districts. Fort Myers is centrally located with Cape Coral and Englewood to the north and Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island to the south. The East coast can be a fun weekend getaway.

Why this property? Property purchased in 2013. I love the mature landscape in this community and it is centrally located. It was my long weekend and occasional winter get away happy place for several years until I moved to Florida full time. Now I live closer to work so it’s available for others to enjoy. The HOA will only approve leases every 60 days but I may let it be rented for less time for an additional $3/day.

The Village of Cedarbend is bike friendly and walkable for miles and this unit is right on the path and not on the parking lot side.

I have enjoyed walking and biking through the neighborhoods across the ravine (on the other side of the path). I love to bike up and down the beautiful historic Palm tree lined McGregor Blvd and then over to the Caloosahatchee river to watch the sunset.
