The Mediterranean is a four bedroom house with two queen bedrooms and one full bedroom that have private baths adjoining them. All of the upstairs bedrooms have TVs. A screened porch upstairs has two chairs and a hammock and is a great place to get away and enjoy the view. The main floor has a large open kitchen with a living area with a queen sofa sleeper and chairs and two lounge chairs facing the ocean. Opposite the living room, french doors lead from the kitchen to the large TV room with a sectional sofa sleeper and an adjoining half bath. Also off of the TV room is a small children's room with a set of bunk beds. A screened porch is off of the TV room with a table and chairs that overlook the pool. Under the house is a large screened area with a picnic table hot tub and hot & cold shower. Just outside the screened area is a park grill and steps leading up to the pool.

Nice place to stay, perfect for our party of eight (two couples each with two kids).

Beautiful house with a short walk to the beach. Owner communication was excellent and she made sure we had all that we needed, to include a new Keurig and clean gas grill. Short walk to the beach. Loved the bike rides every night on the bike trail.

We enjoyed our stay at Cape San Blas! The property was very clean and the owner’s were super attentive to our needs while we were there.
