Aqua Vista is a brand new custom built single living level Gulf view home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It had it’s first rental during the Summer 2024 season and we are quickly seeing this home become people’s favorite beach home away from home. Aqua Vista features many highly sought after amenities that guests too often seek and cannot find including: Single living level living– only one set of stairs! All bedrooms having deck access and attached full sized private bathrooms, exceptional Gulf views from the oversized covered and well-furnished deck, a private seasonally heated pool, a 250ft boardwalk to the beach just steps from the pool, elevator, upscale professionally decorated interiors, and spacious storage inside and out.

Aqua Vista is a great choice for couples or sharing with friends and family because every bedroom features very similar layouts and amenities. The four bedrooms each have access to a deck as well as their own private bathroom. The two king bedrooms both have en suite bedrooms with walk-in showers and access to the Gulf facing deck. The other two en suite bedrooms have one queen bed and two single built-in twin xl bunks each. The queen bedrooms both have attached private bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combo, and have individual private coffee decks that face the bay for stunning sunrises over the tree tops.

The spacious, covered, and well-furnished Gulf facing deck faces west so that you’ll never miss a sunset. The open floor plan allows for great views while cooking, watching tv, or catching up with friends and family. Aqua Vista also has a work desk area great for those on a work-cation or edu-cation. The Kitchen has an oversized pantry allowing plenty of room for your vacation goodies. Being a single living level home, Aqua Vista only has one set of stairs allowing for ease of access for all ages. There is also an elevator for added convenience.

Outdoor at Aqua Vista you will have your pick of different areas to hang out. The private pool has plenty of pool furniture including loungers and chairs, the covered carport is well -furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor beach dinners and lunches, as well allowing for plenty of space out of the sun during those dog days of summer, and the spacious deck on the living level is large enough to fit everyone while enjoying the dazzling Gulf Views. Beach access at Aqua Vista is just steps away from the private pool area. The boardwalk to the beach is located just to the left of the home and has a short stepping stone path leading you directly to it. The boardwalk currently only has stairs at the very beginning and end. The boardwalk is only 250 feet from the white sandy beaches of St Joseph Peninsula, better known as, “The North Cape.”

The owners of this home are special to us as they were some of our vacation guests who came back every year after they started staying with Teresa’s Beach Homes in 2012. After renting from us for over a decade their dream of owning their very own home has been realized. We are so happy to welcome them back as owners this time and add Aqua Vista to the Teresa’s Beach Homes family.

Area Information

Beautiful and less crowded Cape San Blas Fl has had a lot of attention lately. Our beautiful powder white sand, gorgeous emerald green/blue water of the gulf of mexico on one side and the pristine bay on the other. The attention has been in the way of Brothers Osborn recording their album Port St Joe here and recently HGTV on House bargain hunters. Everyone knows what a gem this little spit of land is! Come see for yourself!

Attractions Within Walking Distance

Depends on where you are located but you are only 20 minutes from Port St Joe, 30 minutes from Apalachicola if you are out on the Cape. On Cape San Blas you can visit the local Trading Post or Scallop Cove to find refreshments, grocery items, ice cream, gas, bait store and more. There is also San Flea Rentals and Happy Ours for bike, paddle board, kayak rentals.

Favorite Places To Eat

To many places to name them all. I have never had a bad meal anywhere.
Lots of new restaurants have popped up and haven't tried them all.
My favorite right now is Hunts in Simons Bayou, great oysters. Pomodoros Italian at the country club. Quantro Loco Taco, Peppers, Sisters, Provisions, Brick Wall, Raw Bar (both of them). And new places are opening all the time and if you haven't tried the Pigs fried chicken you should and grab some tater salad for a side and your all set. Oh and Gants is still around Thur - Sat takeout only - pulled pork for a crowd!
